They gave us many options within our budget and successfully booked our trip. Ed came to our home before our trip to review all our travel documents and gave recommendations for Club Mobay (highly recommended!!!) as well as trip excursions. Unfortunately on the transport to the hotel I left my phone in the van, in Jamaica!!! Can you believe FedEx wanted to charge me $3200 to send it back (shipping and customs charges). After 6 weeks I had just about forgotten about it when Mary Jane emailed saying she may have a way to get it back!! I am more than pleased to say that I got my iPhone back, safe and sound!! Mary Jane found someone who was traveling back to Michigan and was able to coordinate the pick up and delivery. They even delivered the phone to my house! I will be forever grateful to them and would definitely recommend them to others!!

Our party prepaid for services at the Sandals resort through Gold Key, only to find out there was no such prepaid applied. Things got sorted, but why should you have to have things fixed by Sandals. They even sent our dinner order reservations for the wrong wedding. I would have given them a negative number if possible.

Our first experience, she sent us to Cancun for a bachelor party. It was the best time I have had in my life because of how well she put together our package. Our flights had no long layovers. We went direct from DTW to CAN. Also, how we were taken care of at our hotel is out of a storybook. They brought us amazing cocktails and apps to enjoy while checking in it was like we were in a lounge enjoying a good time and it's all because of the special touches of our travel agent. It's amazing how we were upgraded to suites because of Shevone and her relationship with the hotel. (She has A big client base and earns pull with big hotels to send her clients to) All in all I couldn't be more pleased with the way were treated and that was most important. So for VIP treatment I recommend this agency.

Michael Miller is perhaps the friendliest insurance agent I have ever spoken to. Quite honestly, especially in comparison to adjusters I've dealt with there (whose job seems to necessitate them being both perpetually annoyed and suspicious), Mike is the friendliest person -- period -- that I've ever interacted with at AAA. It's fair to say that at times, his helpful demeanor alone is what's kept me coming back to AAA for multiple insurance needs year after year. The roadside service -- a nice perk. The travel services - eh, don't really need or use 'em. But insurance? Yep! Rental, auto, cycle, and now home-owners insurance -- AAA has us covered, and Mike is always happy to go over various options with us. You can always rely on a quick call back, a helpful voice at the other end, and what seems like genuine care from Mike Miller. He started out working with my parents, years and years ago, and as long as AAA does me right, I plan to stick with Mike for a good long while.

I always had to initiate the conversation, then have to wait a few days to get any kind of reply, with excuses of why she didn't reply sooner. At least she replied to the website contact form? The second agent flat out ignored the inquiry. I don't know what they get as a kickback for booking a vacation, but I just booked a 6 full days vacation at an all-inclusive resort + flight + private transportation for next year and no one is getting a dime for it.
