Our trip to Northern Italy for our family of 5 was a spectacular success because of this travel team and our travel planner Jennifer Barto. Everything went off without a hitch! She secured for us a network of 5 star drivers and guides who were personable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We learned so much and really enjoyed each and every one of them. She and her local counterpart in Italy were accessible at all times if we needed any additional assistance or changes. She really did an amazing job personalizing our itinerary so it suited our interests and goals. We spent a good amount of time beforehand working thru the itinerary so it was exactly what we wanted and not some cookie-cutter trip. She helped us plan a trip that struck the right balance of activity and relaxation. And we really appreciated her going the extra mile. We did so many cool things suggested by her; a motorized bike tour around Lake Como stopping at a winery for a fabulous lunch, watching how Parmigiano Reggiano is made, learning about the wonderful cities of Verona, Padua and Bologna, lounging at the beach in Lake Garda, sitting at the pool at a beautiful villa in Lake Como. There was always a driver waiting when we walked out of an airport or museum. Every guide was where they needed to be at the appointed time with appropriate tickets and transportation for that day's events. My husband Joseph Bekanich and I, Odalys Bekanich, were truly blessed to attend the Good News Conference in Orlando, Florida, in October 2025. It was, without a doubt, a spiritually enriching experience. We were thrilled to hear from inspiring speakers like Bishop Barron, Father Mike Schmitz, and Jonathan Roumie, who portrays Jesus in *The Chosen* series, among many others. The opportunity to connect with fellow Catholics from across the country was invaluable. We particularly enjoyed our conversations with Father James Cavanaugh, who shared profound spiritual insights and graciously offered to keep in touch for ongoing guidance. The event itself was exceptionally well-organized and enriching. We were deeply impressed by John Hale, the President of Corporate Travel. From our first encounter at the pre-conference gathering, he made a genuine effort to remember our names, greeting us throughout the conference as if we were old friends or family. His engaging speaking style and the dynamic operation he leads truly stood out. The entire staff, including Sue Gheesling, Maureen, Ken, Julie, and many others, was simply fantastic. Their hard work and dedication were evident in every aspect of the conference, from the masses to the food, services, and outstanding presentations. Having attended many conferences in the past, I can confidently say that this was the best and most organized event we have ever experienced. What a time for the entire world! My wife and I have often observed these last two months that of the countless industries and service providers to have been adversely affected by the world wide pandemic, one that surely must be suffering the most are anyone in the travel industry. When a much awaited school trip of our daughter 's class to Italy had to finally be postponed,we were certainly understanding of the work that had to be done by the organizer, Corporate Travel out of Northville, MI. What was so incredibly refreshing was the efficiency of the entire Corporate Travel Team. Most especially encouraging was the sensitivity with which they handled everything, not the least of which was the potential for disappointment among the travelers which included our daughter. We recently returned from Italy and even though we had a large group and the trip came up rather quickly they helped us secure spectacular travel experiences. Our tour of Florence, specifically focusing on art and history, included an amazing guide who was knowledgeable, relatable and fun! They also arranged a trip from Florence to a vineyard in Tuscany, which provided a personal driver who was delightful, a vineyard tour which ended with a gourmet meal and wine-pairings overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Sarah L helped planned the ultimate celebration for myself and our girls. A girls trip celebrating a landmark birthday, and to enjoy time together before both girls are married. Sarah picked just the perfect hotel for us in Dublin, being in a safe and walkable distance to historical landmarks as well as some of Dublin's famous pubs. Sarah helped plan some time where we were able to get away from the city to see Irelands countryside as well. Sarah lived in Ireland for a period of time, so her knowledge of the country really helped in planning. We then flew to Amsterdam, where she recommended a wonderful hotel near the train station, making travel from the airport easy, cost effective and safe. We felt spoiled. Sarah helped plan an itinerary, recommending the "must see" after asking our interests. We were able to see so much, but still have time to relax and "wander" in such a magnificent city. Words can not adequately express how my husband and I feel about this cruise. Nevertheless I will try! We prayed for a safe and enriching trip and we got that and so much more! We met so many wonderful people, listened to many amazing and talented speakers and artists (sadly there wasnt enough time to hear/see them all!), experperienced music that lifted our hearts and our souls and of course ate delicious food. I was literally moved to tears at the enormity of love for God by ALL of the guests, leaders,staff and artists and that my husband and I were so blessed to be able to be a part of this pilgramage. As the date for the pilgrimage got close I received news that a close friend (of over fifty years) was admitted to the ICU with a poor prognosis. As it turned out that my wife and I would not be able to go the pilgrimage I contacted Carmen. She was sympathetic and did everything she could to help with the Travel Insurance. Day 2 of weekend trip and it's been awesome so far. Golfed at UK Club yesterday and 4 distilleries today. CTS set us up at Buffalo Trace with no waiting in lines. Fantastic lunch at Bourbon on Main (whole upstairs to ourselves with food ready and waiting for us). Drinks at Woodford Reserve and Four Roses tastings (even though they're closed for tours).
