The moment I confirmed the order I realized the computer had populated an incorrect address. I immediately contacted them and also followed up with a phone call. They told me they would redirect the shipment or send the product to the correct address. I also said if it was easier they could just cancel the order and I could have someone pick it up for me. Weeks went by and I called yesterday and they were surprised I hadn't received my order. This morning they called and said they couldn't cancel the shipment or redirect the shipment so they won't refund my money or reship the item. Had they told me this weeks ago I possibly could have tried to retrieve the shipment from the place they sent it to. There is no way this item was shipped out within seconds of me ordering it.

I went in expecting laser treatment to remove pigment discoloration on my skin. The esthetician (Kaitlyn Young) insisted on the "VI Peel" and guaranteed I would see results that exceeded the exceptions I clearly conveyed to her in the consultation. My daughter also had an appointment that day inregards to her skin condition. Kaitlyn insisted that my daughter discontinue the cream prescribed to her by the dermatologist she said, & I quote "Dermatologists don't know what they're doing, they're clueless, & will prescribe anything." She than insisted than we buy $200 worth of products from her claiming that we will see results "the next morning" We went in for a follow-up appointment 3 days later, and I mentioned that my daughter's skin is worsening by the day since starting the new products. She replied back with "that's normal, not to worry" Week later I emailed over a few photos of my daughter's face to her. She replied back recommending we go back to the dermatologist. (The one she said, didn't know anything) I was shocked, speechless, and upset because I had just spent $200 on products that she said would solve my problem only for her to turn around and say "go back to the dermatologist." A few days later I went in for my VI Peel session for my face, chest, underarms, back, & arms, and scheduled a follow-up 2 weeks later. In those 2 weeks only my face had peeled & absolutely nothing else. I mentioned that at my follow up appointment and let her know I wasn't happy because nothing had peeled besides my face. When she saw her treatment didn't work, she started making excuses and refused to own up. There was absolutely no difference in the before and Afters. At this point, I had enough with what happened with my daughter and I. I asked for a refund. She contacted her manager, Dr. Chris which after he saw the before and Afters immediately processed the refund as "store credit" despite me requesting it to go back to my card. Since the money went back "store credit" I was forced to go back in to the office for round two. Dr. Chris assured me that I would feel welcomed and comfortable. This couldn't have been farther from the truth, as soon as I walked in, the receptionist warned Kaitlyn that I had come in. I was ignored and felt very unwelcomed. The whole office felt very tense, and not at ease. I was taken straight to my room, the physicianist was very strict, very unwelcoming, no smile, and strictly business. She took me off of my current weight loss plan and put me on something alot less effective. After a week of being on the new meds, I realized how ineffective it really is. I called in asking for a higher dose, which they refused. After alot of back and forth Summer put me on a 3 way call with Dr. Chris, she talked over me the whole time and lied. I wasn't able to get my point across to Dr. Chris therefore my request was declined. I have not went back since, and have not been fully refunded. The whole experience was very humiliating, degrading, and an all around terrible experience. They lacked alot of knowledge in their areas of expertise, which caused so many mistakes and trials to be done on us! This is not an experience that anyone has to ever go thru. I have since took my business elsewhere and have been very satisfied. Looking back at everything now I can't believe how I put up with everything that happened, and didn't pay closer attention to all the red flags.

The lash lift didn't seem like a huge difference at first but I put mascara on today and WOW! They pop beautifully and look amazing! Huge difference! The brow tweeze was great for a little clean up and the lamination is fantastic. I had never had a lamination before and will certainly do one again. They keep my brows looking styled and cleaned up beautifully. Next time I may want them a little fluffier but they look great! It did make the skin by my brows flake a little but I'm sure that's just from the product! Overall would totally book again!

She makes you feel very comfortable during the entire microblading process, goes over every detail and really listens to what you're looking for. I was definitely nervous, since obviously this is very permanent but I shouldn't have been. When I arrived for my first appointment I showed her pictures of what I was thinking for my eyebrows and she discussed what would need to be done to reach that look. She took a great deal of time to draw on the shape and to make sure I was happy and if not made all the adjustments until they were my dream brows. After drawing the shape she advised me on which color would look the best for my natural hair color and she got to work. She started with numbing and while that was kicking in she gave me a pillow and a blanket so I could be as comfortable as possible, after the 10 minutes it took to numb, she started the process. I have gotten my eyebrows done about 6 years ago by someone in Atlanta and I will say she was much faster than the my previous experience (and I love them so much more this time). She was great at telling me what to expect to feel in the numbing process and the rest of the procedure was pain free. After she finished we looked at the brows to see if I wanted to make any changes and then went over aftercare with me, gave me printed directions, and a packet of aquaphor (loved that I didn't have to go buy a tube that I wouldn't have ended up using after the healing process!). I will say before the initial appointment I dm'd her A LOT of questions and I definitely dragged my feet on getting it done but I am so happy I chose to go to Allee. For my follow up appointment I ended up going 4 weeks later because life and my schedule is insane and when I tell you she made all the adjustments and made my brows PERFECT, I'm not exaggerating. I wanted a higher arch and more upstrokes on my brows and she knew exactly how to achieve that with still keeping them looking natural. I can't say enough amazing things about Allee, she's an incredible person, she's so sweet and really makes you feel completely comfortable. We had the most random, amazing conversation and sad I don't need to go back for a while haha I recommend her to everyone because she's that good, do yourself a favor and go see her, I promise she's worth the drive to Summerville!
