It was cashed in Aug. today I received in invoice for the same amount. When trying to call the automated attendant recorded answer is, "leave name and number and someone will get back with you"!!! Unbelievable! Dr Suarez is five star but his service support is horrible. Due to this experience I have found a new doctor and will NEVER use them or recommend to anyone.

After searching online and calling a few places, I discovered that JAG Medical Spa was right down the street from me. I decided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. My appointment was on July 28th, and from the moment I arrived, Dr. Jared and Tonya made me feel welcome. They greeted me professionally, listened carefully to my concerns, and reviewed my history with previous lip filler treatments. I explained that I wanted a natural look with a little more fullness, basically restoring the lips I had in my 20s and 30s. I felt completely comfortable putting my trust in Dr. Jared's hands. Before the procedure, they thoroughly explained the entire process and answered all of my questions, which immediately put me at ease. The numbing cream they used was far superior to anything I had experienced before, even compared to treatments I received from a plastic surgeon. Once the procedure began, I was bracing myself for the needle pinches I remembered from past experiences. To my surprise, I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Jared talked me through every step, letting me know when I might feel a slight pinch or what he described as something "spicy," which I later learned meant a mild burning sensation. Amazingly, I didn't feel that either. Throughout the entire procedure, Tonya held my hand and provided reassurance. I was expecting to squeeze her hand tightly from discomfort, but there was never a reason to. She stayed by my side until everything was finished, which meant so much and made the experience even more comfortable. When the procedure was complete, I absolutely loved my lips. The following day, I experienced some swelling, which was expected. By day six or seven, most of the swelling had subsided, and I couldn't stop looking at them. The results were exactly what I had hoped for: natural, youthful, and beautifully enhanced. I was initially skeptical about getting lip filler at a medical spa rather than a plastic surgeon's office, but honestly, I now prefer it. The care, attention, and results exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was the level of follow-up care. Dr. Jared scheduled a two-week follow-up appointment to evaluate the results, answer any questions, and determine whether a touch-up was needed. In all of my previous experiences with a plastic surgeon, I never received a follow-up appointment, phone call, or even a text message. Dr. Jared personally checked on me afterward, which showed genuine concern and commitment to his patients. Both Dr. Jared and Tonya are truly exceptional. It sucks when your child does not feel well. Most of the walk in places don't have pediatric doctors on call. This one only has pediatricians. After registering, we waited maybe 2 minutes for a nurse to take us back, assess the problem, and take us to an exam room. The doctor came in maybe 3-5 minutes later. Lucky for us, it was not busy, there was only one child ahead of mine, and one after. The whole place was clean, bright, and the people friendly, welcoming and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed with our experience tonight. Another plus was that I didn't even have to take a day off work. I have never left a doctor's office and said aloud, " wow, that was actually enjoyable," before tonight. The only minus I can foresee is that the same doctor is not always on call so you do not build a rapport with one doctor. Overall, good job MUSC Children's After Hours!

This is MUSC Children's Hospital's Urgent Care clinic. We had the unfortunate opportunity to visit…read morethis facility this past weekend with our daughter when she came down with a sinus infection, but thanks to the lovely staff here and their friendliness and compassion to us and our daughter the visit wasn't so bad. We arrived about 30 minutes before they opened (not a 24 hour facility) and waited as the staff arrived and went into the building. We were actually let in 5 minutes before opening and were the first patients to be seen. The staff at the front desk quickly checked us in and in no time we were carried back to the exam room. Our daughter's vitals were checked, we answered a few questions for the nurse, and then after a (very) short wait the doctor came into to check on our daughter; quickly diagnosing the sinus infection and calling our prescription in to a pharmacy down the street. The only downside I saw to this clinic was it is not open 24 hours day. But it is in a convenient location and with being an urgent care it's a lot lighter on the checkbook than the ER.
