I've got an 11 Santa Fe which I had the windows tinted back then right after I purchased it, not by Tate though. After 11 years the bottoms of the tint started peeling up pretty bad. I found Tint By Tate after googling it on the computer. He happened to be about a mile from me, so today, 12-3-22, I decided to stop in and see what could be done. either repaired or replaced. He said they'd rip it off and replace the whole window film. I just happened to have my original warranty card with me and he said he had an extra half hour before his next appt and wanted to know if I wanted it done now. I had nothing in the near future to do so I accepted and he re-filmed my windows in about 35-40 minutes. When finished he gave me my new warranty card and thanked me for coming in. No Charge, under warranty. He and his staff were so very nice to me and I thanked him for doing such a great job. Definitely will recommend him to all of my friends that need his service whether it's their cars or their homes. That's the second thing that has gone completely right for me in the last few days.....now if only the lotto tickets I bought on the way home will work for me too, I'll be even happier than I am now.
