So I went to the store and I talked with the proprietor/owner Paul and he suggested what he thought I should get and I concurred. So I bought a good Kenwood touchscreen radio and four speakers costing approximately in total $2000. Along with a rear view backing camera. We arranged for an appointment to have the work done. The installer of my merchandise was a young man named Matt. This guy did a superb job installing this sound system however well doing so he mentioned to the owner Paul that he did not think I should purchase the speakers he said mine were quite adequate and he just didn't recommend it. Something about the ohms an electrical term. So Paul came out to the waiting room to talk to me and discuss this situation. He said Matt suggested not doing it and he agreed. so we have here the owner of a company that's been in business for more than 30 years telling a customer that maybe you shouldn't get the speakers. I thought to myself wow this is one class individual super honest person. Most people would not have even passed on that message I think. Well in doing so he saved me $500. I was so impressed with these two guys I just was flabbergasted that there was so much honesty here. So in closing I would recommend sound crafters to anybody and everybody I talk to about a new sound system for their vehicle and the utmost respect I have for that organization. This type of honesty just overwhelmed me with surprise. So I just wanna say thanks to Paul and Matt and the rest of the crew. Thank you for a job well done folks.

I understand businesses need to make a profit, but marking something up 4x without adding any value is just plain dishonest. There was nothing special about the item to justify the price--no better packaging, faster shipping, or unique features. I feel ripped off and won't be purchasing from here again. Upon doing just a Google search for car installation near me I found Alfredo's shop listed as Car Audio Electronics with a ton of good reviews. I already had all the equipment but just wanted an installer. I called on a Sat AM and once being told they had time this morning to handle and a price I ventured on down. The shop itself is relatively small and the work was actually done just outside the bay (I have a lifted truck). Bottom line, communication was good, install was done well, and faster than originally quoted. I'd have no issue coming back for any other car audio needs in the future.
