Pre-coronavirus, there'd been a LOT of back and forth for us between the two states and sometimes I need to fly Mom down here, or fly her home and we're not able to fly with her. In three such instances, I've trusted and relied on Mirza and the team at AAA and they've been wonderful. Mirza has been so easy to communicate with, very responsive, and very patient with my nervousness about Mom traveling alone. Mom needs some assistance when walking, and is a bit hard of hearing. Mirza always goes above and beyond to make sure that not only Mom is attended to in a comfortable and timely manner, but that I'm at ease and updated as the trip progresses.
