Love that one of their random drivers just had a full on road rage incident against me because I was driving 50 on a 45. Literally blew past me by splitting between me and another car on a two lane road then brake checked me and swerved me off the road while they were laughing. I requested a quote through this company and after several weeks I received a quote via email stating "still need a ride". I ignored the email as by this time I had already chosen another company. 6 days after my departure while I was out of the country I received a charge on my account for their services. I called this company on 3 different occasions and left a voicemail with their accounting department asking for a call back. I NEVER received a single call. Then 17 days AFTER my departure date I receive an invoice from them. Still, not a single person from this company has reached out to me and they damn well know they did not transport my party to the airport. Had a wonderful first time experience for transportation to Bradley Airport with Lindsey Limousine! Booking the reservation via phone with very pleasant and easy, and the representative was so polite and helpful. I received a confirmation email immediately, and then another one 24 hours before my scheduled trip. I was admittedly very worried because my pick up was at 4am and knew my options would be limited if there was a problem. I had nothing to worry about, and received the name and contact info of my driver, Jermaine, an hour beforehand - he even arrived 10 minutes early which was good because he had to call when it was a little confusing to find me. The car was immaculate, Jermaine was so kind and accommodating with my luggage (and so professionally dressed for so early in the morning!), with a smooth drive and drop off. We booked this company to take us home. We booked the SUV. The company assured us there would be plenty of room for 5 passengers and luggage. Driver picked us up at Syracuse Airport, didn't help us with our bags and took us across the parking lot to a beat up old SUV. There were five of us and the car had 4 seats, the driver tells us there's plenty of room. He hands my mother pillows with the intention of having my 9 year old son sit on the hump in the middle of the back seat! When my mother sits there he says "oh, have the little one sit there, there's no seatbelt law in the backseat in NY." Are you kidding me!?! There absolutely is, and even if there wasn't I still want my kids buckled! I sat with my 9 year old on my lap, my 12 year old took the other seat, my 62 year old mother sat on the hump and my husband in the front seat. The car stunk and it kept making a beeping noise intermittently, which the driver kept assuring us was no big deal! If we hadn't arrived at 11:00 at night, we would have told him, no thanks! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER!!! My mother called the company the day after to complain and they couldn't care less! Beware! Hire someone else! read more

My driver never showed up. I was going to Logan early in the morning and I just wanted a stress free ride to the airport. Just Awful! I had to take a lyft to the airport which at least the lyft showed up. They promised to call me and offer me compensation but they never called. This company is a scam. Please don't use them. I've also had problems in the past where my chauffeur brought a car that could only fit one of my four pieces of luggage for my family. We originally requested a larger vehicle but the number of passengers decreased and Lindsey Limousine was able get me a smaller vehicle with only a couple weeks notice. We were given a written quote for a limo bus for 5 hours for our wedding. When we tried to book the vehicle the owner had decided that he was "not interested" in the booking since it is prom season and all of a sudden there was an 8 hour minimum. When we tried to speak with the owner directly to discuss, he refused to speak with us directly. What reputable owner refuses to speak with their customers to resolve an issue? He had the woman at the front desk tell us he was not interested in booking because he can make more money from a prom. We will NEVER use this limo service again and I highly suggest you think twice about booking with them.
