We have had excellent service and repairs here. They are honest and thorough. We were able to get in and out quickly.

Stay away from this shop! This is the only shop I've had work on our vehicles for the last year. They did our breaks, replaced an ac unit and have done our inspections. With the ac unit, they never remounted the control arm, or reconnected the skirt, with the breaks, they only replaced one side of the pads, and in the process of all that someone scribed a swastika on our engine cover. Came in for a last min auto inspection. Normally when you go to a shop to get your car inspected you are either there for hours or have to drop your car off. I couldn't leave my car so I waited. To my surprise the wait was very short no more than 30-45 mins for a car inspection and I came to the shop in the late morning. Always come here for inspections :). read more

I went in for an inspection and oil change. They said I needed a new tire so they put one on for me. During the process they lost the center cap on wheel of the tire they changed. The tire went flat 2 week later. read more

Had a leak in my car, took it to this shop to see what they can do, John was very helpful, showed me the piece that needed to be replaced and got it fixed very quickly. They were a tad busy had a few cars ahead of me wait wasn't too bad and i was able to watch them work while i waited. Good customer service, the place is pretty small but they answer all of questions about your car/truck and gives you honest answers. Not just trying to line their pockets with money. Fast service. The first thing that threw me off about Jahnke Road was that it was part of a service station. Usually, I like to not judge a book by it's cover, but this time, I wish I'd payed attention to that voice in my head. Most of the people were friendly, except for one fellow who..I couldn't tell if he was being snarky, or if it was just because he couldn't speak very good English. Sadly, any time I called, it would be him that answered, so it was always difficult to get a straight answer from him. I took my car in to have my ignition cylinder replaced with a new one, and I had specifically requested that they make sure to CALL ME FIRST before they did any work on the car. The only call I got was from the man who worked on my car, saying that the part had been replaced and it was ready for pick-up. Imagine my surprise to hear that they'd done the work without getting hold of me with a quote first. I went ahead, payed it, and went on my way. Later that week, I had to take it back to have the fuel injection looked at. Once again, I asked them to call me with a quote before they did any work. I even WROTE it on the ticket that they had me fill out, underlining it twice, then wrote my name and number. I sat in the lobby this time, and an hour later, he came back out saying that they blew out the fuel line and that it'd cost me about $35 some dollars. Again, they did the work WITHOUT giving me a quote. As I was getting ready to leave, I'd happened to notice that the man who doesn't speak very god English was talking with an older man and his lawyer...something to do with 'screwing' him over. I took that as a sign never to go back. And, I won't. read more

For over 20 years I have been dealing with this business. Recently a pesky problem of the car being difficult to start was solved with some effort. In the end the fuel pump was replaced and the charges were very reasonable compared to a car dealer and the time that was spent figuring out the problem. read more

Went there for a fuil injector cleaning next day my car did not turn on even tho it was turning on perfect before. They said they where not liable for it and it had nothing to with them. Very rude people and not honest. read more

My husband spent $450+ at this station for repairs and when he picked his vehicle up, the tire came off on his way to work the next morning while he was driving. He asked for a refund and was denied. Shoddy work on the part of this establishment and after looking at the other reviews, it appears that he was not the only customer to have this experience. read more

I've taken my various cars and trucks to these people since 1976. I've always been satisfied with the service there. The mechanics over the years (I've watched some of them gray right along with me.) have always been very competent and willing to explain what would be involved in doing work on my vehicles, and the guys behind the counter give me estimates very close to the actual costs. I have been surprised numerous times by how they can accomplish the same things at a price more reasonable, consistently, than dealerships while using the same parts.
