There's clearly a reason this specific Wawa has a below 3 star rating. Arguing over coffee, when it would have taken less time to fill it to 32 ounce. Also this is not light ice. Every other wawa knows what light ice is, they also know what 32 ounces of coffee is. Even this wawa morning staff knows what light ice, and 32 ounces of coffee is. These guys have customer service down pat. The cashiers here genuinely want you to have a wonderful day and their 30 second interaction with you will warm your heart. The food is fresh, everything is clean, and the wawa brand food is beyond delicious. Getting gas here is also smooth with many gas pumps and a straightforward payment system. I've never experienced such a nice gas station on the side of the road. Does this gas station deserve five stars? Heck yes. read more

In Atlanta we have Quiktrip. In Richmond they have Wawa. Not an exact match, but definitely a close competition. Wawa is great. They have a fast food restaurant, a huge snack foods section, milkshakes, firewood, and they sell gas! The store is always clean and the gas prices are reasonable. Overall, I appreciate the order and cleanliness. It's very convenient too. read more

I know it seem ridiculous to yelp review a gas station BUT I felt is SO important to let the world know the employees at this wawa are beyond phenomenal. ALWAYS even at 7 am have a huge smile on their faces, all of them!!!! Always going above and beyond for food orders and to make sure you're experience is great. Worst service ever!!! The slovenly person behind the counter took 10min to make a meatball sub. If placing round balls of meat into bread is too difficult for you ask for help. It took the manager 15min to realize there was an issue and a line backing up at 9pm. read more

I'm basically gonna paste what I wrote to wawas website. I rarely write reviews but today was the last straw. Hello, this is my local store where I get everything. Food, gas, drinks etc. but I've seen a drastic decline in the past month with the quality of the food and attitude of employees. Namely, the person who gave us our order today. Normally, everyone is very nice and can do their job without being rude. My girlfriend ordered a quesadilla. It was cold and absolutely swimming in buffalo sauce. It was DISGUSTING. She didn't get the sour cream she bought or the avocado she ordered on it either. She also got a double shot coffee and it was watery and gross. There definitely was not 2 shots in it. To top it all off, the African American lady in the middle, whom I've never seen before who was calling out numbers was rude and condescending. She would seriously say the number so you can barely hear her, then if you're not at the counter within 5 seconds she starts getting mad, openly making rude remarks. Needless, to say when she did the same thing to my girlfriend, I was upset. In closing, I will never be visiting this store again. I suggest you hire people who know how to have a professional demeanor, who can actually make food correctly and don't openly mock customers. Walked in at 3 am, on a road trip and left immediatly because the deli girl said " i cant get sh*t done cuz these people keep ordering sh*t" Nice service.... if you work a job at 3 AM, you may get an occasional customer. Just do it with a :-) it's not like you have to wait on a ton of people all the time. This was the worst Wawa I have ever been into. I went to purchase some gas but there was nobody around to pay for the gas. I stood around for 10 minutes then I left without getting gas. This place needs a new management. Pitiful read more

I love wawa!! They recently remodeled and it's beautiful!! They still have the same great service, food is still fresh!! I refuse to go anywhere else for my coffee besides wawa! And the fact that they offer free coffee some days makes it even better! read more
