I contracted them to match and install glued engineered hardwood floor in my living room as well as replace carpets in 3 bedrooms. They were able to come and give me an estimate the day after I called and gave me super affordable prices. They even offered to drive almost two hours away on a Saturday morning so that we could find materials at a better price in Dalton. They helped me find excellent quality engineered hardwood floor and carpet. The installation of both carpet and wood was done in only two days! And the results were amazing! You could barely imagine any work was being done in the house at all. Everything went as smoothly as it could go and right on time! I was very happy with Evelyn's customer service and how she made sure she met my concerns. Water and Evelyn are nice people but sorry I can't recommend them for a glue down install, they used 35% more the glue then the manufacturer of the glue recommended and let it sit too long on the prefinished hardwood causing it to etch. They also used paint thinner to remove the glue which dulled the floor. Furthermore they would not take responsibility their actions. I had 4 experts look in person and they said they used way too much glue and you should never use paint thinner to remove the glue. I ended up having to pay someone to re-coat a brand new floor. read more

We've had WSC Floors do both a repair of laminate flooring on a furnished basement after a water intrusion, and a whole floor replacement of carpet with new red oak hardwood including staining on a new home. In the latter case, they met a tight deadline prior to move-in right on schedule. They are always professional, communicative, and take care to provide the little details like touch-up paint on moulding and protecting existing flooring with mats as they works. After having multiple estimates of our kitchen floor done, and waiting months and months to find someone who could retile at a decent price, we were finally introduced to WSC. Evelyn and Walter came over the next day, gave us a quote that evening, and then told us they could start as early as the next week. For a 260 square foot kitchen, installation was only around $1700. That was nearly half the price of everywhere else we had looked, including USAA deals, Home Depot, and Lowes. My husband and I were hooked and agreed that we wanted it done. Two weeks later they started. Walter and another guy had our old tile demoed in one day and they started the leveling process, which, with a 95 year old house, a lot of leveling was needed. The job took 6 days with the dry time for the leveler. They were up front and honest about everything that they were doing, checked with us before they made any decisions. They removed and replaced all of our baseboards and trim without any damage, and they changed out our transitions between rooms. They tried to save us money wherever they could, but they did a wonderful job with the floor! I love my kitchen now, and I am ready to give them a call about another tile job in our Master Bathroom! After reading these reviews, I contacted WSC for a repair job. Laminate (wood like) floors were only a few months old when we we had some water damage. The original installer kept putting me off--for months, so had to look elsewhere. How fortunate for me to find Walter! He assessed the damage, told me how much material to order and gave me a reasonable price for the labor. He and his assistant came on a Saturday on time and worked diligently all day. They had to move furniture and laundry equipment, putting everything back in its proper place, plus cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend them. read more
