We were allowed to view the showroom and take some samples to the house to see how the floors would look in the sunlight. We were in close contact with one of the owners, Candi, as she would give us updates and answered any of our questions along the way. After replacing some of the cedar siding, I decided on new windows. Al and the guys installed the windows. Long story short, I kept coming up with things for him to do (and he discovered some damage that I didn't even know I had). Al and his team repaired damage inside and out, painted inside and out, remodeled three bathrooms, painted my kitchen cabinets, replaced my back deck and built an addition to my front porch. He did nothing without my approval and made sure that I saw any damage that he found. He can also help pick out tile, paint, etc. Trust him - he has excellent taste in things. Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done.
