After being admitted to the hospital, I found out I had a severe form of necrotizing pancreatitis. After spending more than half a year in the hospital I was released with humility in my heart for being able to see my children grow up. In time, we realized that I had a chronic form of pancreatic disease. I will suffer flare-ups in perpetuity. My diet would make most people look slack-jawed at how minimalist it is. Cooked veggies, bone-broth, High-protein Ensure. That's basically it. Everything else causes severe pain. Trust me, I've tried. All of this leads me to Dr Murphy and his Chronic pain-management practice. Unlike many doctors, Dr Murphy and his staff are warm and welcoming and treat you like family. The amount of professionalism at this practice is in a league of its own. I filled out a twenty-four page package that allowed Dr Murphy to treat me to the best of his ability before I even stepped foot in his practice. They do random drug & alcohol screenings so that he can give you the very best care. I feel safe knowing that I'm being treated with the highest medical standards within a practice that I can trust to really make sure I am not only treating my pain, but, safely doing so. I cannot recommend Dr Murphy and his staff enough. I'd trust them with own health, as well as any loved ones, if they should ever need such services. Other doctors I've seen gave me only pain medication. Even after taking strong pain killers the pain was sometimes so bad that I couldn't even get out of bed or stand up. Tang and Dr Liu realized that I needed more than just pain medicines and they began giving me lumbar injections. The results have been amazing. Thanks to Dr Tang and Dr Liu I rarely need to take pain medication anymore and my life is now back to normal. I love these doctors. I had X-rays taken and it was done extremely fast with no waiting. Then I was brought into an examination room where I waited for 1/2 hour in an extremely warm room. I thought to myself that there was definitely no air-conditioning working. When the nurse came in I asked her and was told it wasn't working. I was treated by Breanna Wells the Nurse Practitioner and she was lovely and extremely thorough!

One day at the front desk, I was informed that the charge before was put on someone else's account and they could not move the money over so they were going to refund me the money and I would then have to pay again for it to be put on my account. A couple of weeks go by and I informed them that I never received a refund. Their manager and billing person on site were notified and said they would fix the situation. That definitely DID NOT happen. I contacted corporate accounting team and when they looked into my file, there were no notes about the situation at all! Not from the front desk, not from billing or from their manager and I was told that it is MANDATORY for them to put in notes every time they speak to a patient about their account. I told them that I had proof with my bank statements that they were indeed paid for every single visit and was even happy to provide them. I was told the manager onsite would have to contact corporate to have this fixed. I contacted the manager again and her response was to tell me to dispute it with my bank. I cannot do that since it wasn't a fraudulent charge. I contacted corporate again and was told that it was going to be handled and this site was going to have to eat the cost for their mistake. Well that didn't happen either. I received a collections notice in the mail. Absolutely ridiculous! They have a lot of elderly patients that go there. I hope they are not doing this to them. They basically covered up their mistake by trying to FORCE me to pay the price. Long story short, watch how they bill you!
