They were not close to our SW Portland home, but fortunately for me I happen to have a client in Canby around that same time, so I got lucky and was able to meet his staff on the other end of the phone line. I recently met and talked to Joseph Moss to work out additional Renters and Life insurance through them. I had good experience switching over our 2 commercial auto policies. Carolyn had shown to be the most attentive and responsible agent I've run across over the last 3 decades+. She is on the ball without being pushy, so I highly recommend them, even if they are not in your neighborhood. They since had moved closer into Portland, over near Clackamas Town Center.
