The Main St. team, including the manager Gregory, provides friendly, super service! He's helpful and has been very easy to deal with. My good experience also extends to Anthony, who helped me when I brought over a large size wood and concrete wall sculpture my cousin gave me. I needed to store it in my unit as an interim steps to hanging it in my apartment. It turned out the piece was awkward with flatbed dolly, but team member Anthony came to the rescue, even assisting me in getting it to my unit. When I offered to tip him, he turned me down. A manager called me and stated that they will change it to 170 for only couple of months and they will increase it again. SHE THEN STATED THAT IT WILL CHANGE NEXT MONTH. WHEN I CALLED TWO WEEKS AGO FOR THEM TO HELP WITH THE BILL.
