After noticing some uneven wear on the tires I started checking the front end and realized my alignment was garbage and that's why my truck drove like crap. Brought it to total roadside, cost $300 for the alignment which is fair for these heavy trucks, they actually took the time to test drive it and make sure that they fixed the issues. I informed him upon inspection i would be using geico to pay the bill and he said thats why my business is called no worries, you dont have to worry about anything. When the adjuster showed up and wrote her estimate, dave was clearly upset with the amount and after much debate he reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue for him and for my not to worry. 28 days later geico was done paying for my rental so i check on the car to see that little to no work had been completed on the car. he assured me that he had actually been working hard on my car. We then agreed that since i had a 1000 dollar deductible that i would rent another car on my own card and the amount would just be deducted from the deductible that i owed him. starting march 15th i started to realize i was in trouble because still there was little effort given to finishing my car and i was coming up on my 1000 dollar deductible amount on the second rental car. fast forward 58 days i had to return the rental car for a grand total of 1269. i finally received my car back after much hassle on april 21. i received my car in a very poor state. the car was not fixed to automotive standards, has been deemed unsafe by a geico representative and another persons in the auto body industry. upon further inspection i have come to find many corners cut. some things he was paid to do weren't done (insurance fraud) there are extra damages done while in his possession. I have over 125 pictures, dozens of screenshots of messages from dave, testimonials from other persons in the industry to make a case against dave of no worries auto body. dont do business here it isn't worth it

Do NOT take your vehicle to this place. When I first picked up my 26 year old truck, it looked…read moregreat. Shortly thereafter the paint began to chip because they did not prep it correctly. After taking it back for correction, they left overspray everywhere. Additionally they did not secure the fender flares and badging properly as the fender flare came off going down the highway and the badging was hanging off when I got home. I also had them do a blackout on all trim...it is coming off to the point it needs repainting.. Next they asked me to tape off all the areas that needed correction. After seeing what I taped off, they decided the entire truck had to be repainted. Again, I got it back and the badging was not affixed propearly, so I fixed it myself. As well, they did not put the tow hooks back on my bumper that is already showing rust...again...no prep work. There is absolutely no quality control in this business. I told the owner that if they continue to do business like this that it wouldn't be long that they would be out of business. Interestingly enough, there were also two other people I work with who were also having to take their vehicles back for rework. DO NOT utilize this so called affordable auto painting.
