I had St. lucie do an alignment on my f450 a while back at the same time got new steer tires. My truck has been hell to drive since then, just floating and wandering all over the road but I thought it must've been the tires. After noticing some uneven wear on the tires I started checking the front end and realized my alignment was garbage and that's why my truck drove like crap. Brought it to total roadside, cost $300 for the alignment which is fair for these heavy trucks, they actually took the time to test drive it and make sure that they fixed the issues. People in the office were friendly and accommodating and the person working on my truck knew what they were doing which is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Can't recommend these guys enough, thanks for making my truck drive in a straight line! read more

Highway robbery at its finest. My truck had an accident and i called a towing so they can bring it to my yard. Before my tow guy showed up these crooks were there. Even though my tow guy called the police and told them that he was on his way. Long story short, they did not let my tow guy touch the truck or trailer and charged me $11,200.00! I had to pay them cash and that is the ONLY option. They also close at "4:30pm" and i am from a different city so i had to go to bank get the $11,000 in cash and go to their bank that i have never heard of before. All in less than an hour before they close. This was really a nightmare. I asked for a discount and they said that they cannot and if it was an insurance company they would charge more. These people are taking advantage from people in a bad situation and make it even worse. hopefully will never have to deal with them again. read more

Very overpriced, 3,000.00 for AC work and a few other things. They didn't use the parts we took with the truck they ordered new. We headed out of town before Thanksgiving and the AC quit before Yeehaw junction. Tried to call and sat on hold for a while before hanging up. They also broke the washer squirt nozzles and charged us for them to order new ones. There's too many things to list. Just BEWARE!! read more

Jeremy Larue is a CROOK and a LIAR. He assured me, he had everything he needed to repair my equipment. After he charged me $375 for a tow that he didn't complete. My driver drove the trailer to his facility. I do under Service calls and service fees, but a tow bill, when you never lifted, drove in, OR Attached my equipment, is not a tow. Once I realized he wasn't going to be able to fix my equipment properly I asked him NOT TO TOUCH IT. He refused and basically said I would still have to pay him $2,200 for the spindal (that I asked him not to attach and he had not receive at the moment), so I reluctantly let him work on my equipment. Because it was clear to me HE NEEDS THE MONEY and was going to charge me one way or the other. He assured me on TUESDAY morning I would have my EQUIPMENT FRIDAY. I received a call 7:37 am the following MONDAY stating he COULD NOT FIND THE PARTS ANYWHERE and they where 7 weeks out. However when I told him in the beginning I would order the parts. He insisted he would have them sooner and had connections to get them. Bottom line I agreed to pay $2,200 for a fully repaired trailer. After he didn't complete the job he refused to take my credit card he demanded we pay cash. Then he called the police because he stated I was being disrespectful over the phone. I simply asked a few questions that Mr. Larue couldn't answer 1. Why did you touch my equipment if you didn't have all of the parts, and how is the bill still $2,200 and I missing parts from the spindal and my equipment is still BROKEN? Never yelled simply asked? He promised I could see the invoice to the spindal doctor showing there where no mark ups but I haven't seen that either. For the sake of arguing, and because I am running a business I paid him $2,380 CASH the newly demanded price when I returned on Tuesday. I didn't bat an eye and I will let my attorney handle it from here. Please beware of this company, well I wouldn't say the company, the wife and daughter are kind, I think. But I am 100% sure It's JERMEY LARUE who isn't above LIEING or STEALING. This is not about race or slander. It's about poor business with a shady business man. Yes thanks for listing my business name down below (again shady), I would never treat a customer how treated us and I would never promise something I couldn't deliver. You gave me TWO me erroneous bills and called the police. Never yelled screamed demanded or showed any acts of violence and still handed you cash money for BROKEN EQUIPMENT that I still can not use. Total Road Side Service was awesome. I was a Lake Okeechobee KOA and my Fifth wheel had a flat Tire. I called them and they came out within 15 minutes, on a Sunday. The mechanic was awesome. He brought the new tire, but after I told him that I just had metal valve stems installed. He tested the stem first. It was the stem that was leaking. He fixed the stem, checked the entire tire and tested the rest of my wheels. He didn't try to sell me the tire that I didn't need. Leave it to Okeechobees finest white trash to run a scummy and scam of an operation. My mother was in a car accident and her vehicle was brought here, my mom was brought to the hospital and OSCO told her that she would be able to get her belongings out of her vehicle from the tow yard. She went up there to get them and was informed by the owner Jeremy that she needed to pay the $450 fee if she wanted her belongings. (Illegal to do that btw) telling her it was a state statute that is nonexistent. Mind you the accident wasn't her fault and the fees were/are being covered by the other persons insurance. Jeremy actually went to the extreme of calling the guy in the tow yard to tell him to make sure my mom couldn't get her belongings, my assumption is they want to rob her since she would be unable to prove what was in her vehicle based off how the owners like to reply to reviews for their poor customer service shows that their character is equally as poor. Nonetheless some educational information so others aren't taken advantage of by these people here are the laws Florida Statute §715.07 followed by this website that breaks it all down https://www.clsmf.org/florida-towing-laws/ Clearly states " You have a right to retrieve your personal belongings from your vehicle free-of-charge while it is being held in the storage facility." & " You have the right to inspect your vehicle and note any damages that may have occurred due to the towing. Under Florida law, towing companies cannot require you to sign a waiver or release that removes their liability for damages caused by towing or storage." Now obviously state LAWS trump company policies so I don't understand the sense of entitlement or why the sherriffs department would inform my mom shed be able to get her possessions if it wasn't some sort of law. I just know this is the last place I'd bring my business. BMJ will have no problem allowing you to get your belongings no matter what and they're nice. Formal complaints will be filed with BBB and the state for this matter along with checking licenses with the state and any inappropriate response to this reviewer will be attached with previously mentioned complaints read more
