When the technician arrived, he recommended upgrading to an EV-specific outlet, explaining it was the better choice. I felt that option should have been discussed during the initial phone calls so I could make an informed decision before the appointment. After I posted my original review, the owner personally came back to my home to make things right. He offered to refund the $100 price difference, but I declined because I didn't feel it was fair after the work had already been completed. Instead, he replaced two breakers that genuinely needed replacement at no charge. I really respect a company that stands behind its work and makes the effort to address a customer's concerns. While I still believe the pricing options should have been explained upfront, I also believe it's important to recognize excellent customer service when a business takes responsibility and follows through. Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. After reading their excellent Yelp reviews, I contacted them to get an estimate for upgrading my pool deck. Jay came out, thoroughly inspected my existing concrete, and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option, he told me my concrete was in great condition. He recommended an epoxy pebble overlay that would give me the look I wanted for about half the cost of replacing everything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare. He could have easily recommended a much more expensive project, but instead he put my best interests first. Whether or not I ended up using their services, I wanted to recognize a company that values honesty over making a bigger sale.
