I needed a fire rated exterior door replaced at my house and called Sam. After sending him a few photos he gave me several options and explained the details. If you are looking for a handyman, stop searching and give Sam a call! Sam is AMAZING!!! He did some work for me and my Mom and he repaired drywall in the ceiling and walls that needed to be fixed. What I like about Sam is that he is punctual and he came the next day after our phone call. He came and inspected our condo and he found a lot of things that needed repair which I didn't even know about until he talked about it such as the mold in the master bedroom. Sam quoted me prices for all the work he was going to do. I agreed for him to come do the work, and he wasted no time in getting to work. Sam came to our condo and before he did any work he explained everything that he was going to do, and as the work progressed he also showed me what he has doing and how the work was looking. Before Sam finished for the day he would ask me to come take a look at the work that he was doing, and he cleaned up the area that he was working on. He also installed recessed lighting in the living room and all of the bedrooms. Sam also did some paining projects for me and my Mom (Sam painted all of the bathrooms and Master bedroom), and usually he asks you to buy the paint, but for one of the projects I was unable to. Sam was able to buy the paint from the local home depot at a discount, and he didn't charge the full price of the paint passing along the discount to us the clients. Sam never looks to upsell and is always looking to save his clients money. I just wish that I knew about Sam earlier, then I would not have waited as long to take care of our condo's home improvement needs. I highly recommend Sam for your home improvement needs!!!
