Ok I came to this location at about 11:30 am i guessing this employee is new because while waiting on the smoothie to blend she grabbed the cups and while moving the cups she touched the inside of the cups with her BARE FInGERS! They need to go over with the employees being SANITARY. The same employee was playing with her name tag that had stickers on it while waiting on the smoothie to blend. They get one star for being in a convenient location. This is by far THE WORST Jamba Juice I've ever visited. They have the worst customer service, they lack in training their employees and managers. Typical jamba juice. Clean location located in the shopping center. Workers are friendly. You can sample before you buy. I had to try the apples and greens which was great. It is a green drink but yummy and healthy. Pretty quick service. Smoothies were made just right. Limited seating inside location. There is also some seating outside if you wanna stay and enjoy your drink. They also have limited selection on sandwiches, oatmeal and breakfast. Some snacks also. read more

I cannot make this up. I received an email from Jamba Juice for a free smoothie. Visit 2 times this weekend , spend $10 or more. My subtotal was $11.98 . I applied my $3 reward which made my out of pocket cost $8.98. My question to the manager, Alex, was do I need to buy something else for a dollar so that I can meet the minimum requirements for the free smoothie. His solution was for me to cancel my order and place another order for more than $10. After I inquired about my $3 reward, he said he wasn't sure but he thought I would also lose my three dollar reward because it was already applied towards my original order. So spend more than $10, no reward incentive and I might or I might not get my free smoothie. Music was so loud, I may have missed some info. As I waited for guidance from management, I observed the floor needed cleaning and the pick up counter was super sticky with cup rings in every flavor. Today I visited this location for the first time. It was clean and there were only two people ahead of me in line. The cashier robotically greeted all of us in a way that seemed very forced. I ordered my 16oz strawberry-banana and waited about 5 minutes. A girl called out my order and put my visibly dripping cup on the counter. How hard would have been to wipe off what YOU spilled on the outside of a customer's cup?! That upset me so I quickly left without tasting my smoothie. I got to my car and tasted it, and it was awful. I don't understand how she messed up on one of the simplest things on the menu! Not only were there huge chunks of ice (the size of a poly seed) there were also chunks of banana. I'm very disappointed with this location. I hope the employees receive better training on how to properly treat customers & BLEND the smoothies so they are able to be DRANK and not chewed!!! read more

This location is fairly new, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that the staff is new. But seriously after a month already open and I go almost every morning you would think they would pick up the pase. They are super slow and when I say SUPER I mean SUPER SLOW. Like I said, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are new so I started placing my order over the phone 30 min prior to me arriving and yet they are super slow. Screw what everyone else says, I love this Jamba Juice location, it's close to everything else, it's full of friendly employees and it's cleanliness is by far the best. Although at times they may get a little packed it's normal and I don't mind waiting, I mean after all, it's not like they just open a bottle of pre-blended jamba juices and fill your cup with it, they actually make your drink from near scratch. I always enjoy my experience with "Cindy" at this Jumba juice location in Compton, CA, and the smoothies are distinctively better here. Cindy always greets everyone with an extra-cheerful good morning and is so helpful and informative about products and offers. She does the tip cheer, "Tip-tip-hooray!" She always makes me want to give more $$. Today her teammate even commented on how inspiring she is to the team, beyond the call of duty! This does not go unnoticed. read more

Then when they finally made it and I was reaching to grab it the girl yells from the back room to "make sure that's her drink" as if I was stealing it I told her "do you want proof I can show you my receipt"?
