I came into Jamba at about 8pm Saturday 11/12/22 after being at urgent care for 2 hours with my 3 yr old son. Upon arriving, Emmy let me know that it was cash only due to their system being down. I was thoroughly bummed because I didn't have cash on me. At urgent care I kept telling my son that we were getting a smoothie after. She said she'd be able to fulfill my order through the app. My app had to be updated and that took awhile for some reason. Then, it wasn't able to locate the store. Instead of letting my son down, Emmy let us have the smoothie on the house since the app wasn't cooperating. She didn't know we were at urgent care for 2 hours and she didn't know my son was feeling under the weather. She made his night so much better. Young employee, female with purple wrist band (I think) literally picked her ears while making my drink and had filthy fingernails. Let me remind you they don't use gloves either. I didn't say anything because she looked like maybe she was in high school and I didn't want to embarrass her. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. Managers need to do better to make sure their employees are being sanitary and at all times have clean fingernails. So gross. Threw it away when I left. I'll send someone in again soon to see if they end up being more sanitary after this review. I'll make sure they leave the same review if they continue to allow this. read more

I was so excited about getting a Jamba Juice near me. The workers are friendly and I appreciate that because honestly they don't have control over the issue. Every time I go and I want to get my favorite juice(orange carrot twist) their machine is always broken... it's disappointing because it had been this story from the beginning. I held back from writing a review but at this point management needs to do something about this. I really hope the machine is broken and it's not just the workers not wanting to use the machine. Today was my 3rd time in this new location and I have been pleased every time. My son has enjoyed the açaí primo bowls all three times. The Razzmatazz smoothie was very good as well. All employees were friendly and helpful. read more

This has to be one of the worst Jamba Juices I've been to. Every time I come in, they are always missing or lacking supplies such as cups, ingredients, straws, cup holders, etc. On top of that, now they only accept cash but nothing over $20 which is ridiculous to have a low cap and unwilling to accommodate for the inconvenience. read more

We ordered a 4 pack for mobile pick up on our way headed to OC...order was ready when we arrived. But let me tell you we were not happy 2 out of the 4 tasted like they were made incorrectly or lacking a few ingredients. Orange dream something my husband orders quite often tasted very chalky and lacking orange flavor, I ordered aloa pinapple, and that tasted like plain greek yogurt with a hint of fruit. As a previous employee here this jamba does NOT care about their employees. Our DM Kayla threatened to take our tips away(very illegal), we have not been payed direct deposit on time multiple times, our gm and DM constantly give us attitude and are passive aggressive even though every employee here works our BUTTS off, some of us have been left completely alone because management doesn't hire or schedule people, we have been left alone and completely overwhelmed during school rushes, lines of people and there's only 2 employees working who don't even get breaks, sometimes there are no times for breaks or we have to take a 30 and leave someone alone during a rush, that's if we even get our break. the managers don't check up on that either ! and also change the schedule constantly we've been told "dont expect a day off", the schedule has been changed literally days before sometimes and you're expected to accommodate to that and if you don't, YOU get written up for the managers poor scheduling ! all in all they are very awful to their staff here, don't care about them at all! i mean they literally threatened to take away our tips, all we do is work as hard as we can for them, and get blamed for their mistakes. so next time you go to this jamba please be extra nice to the employees and TIP THEM(or don't since we apparently we aren't even entitled to that here).
