The Fin Coffee is definitely a random hold in the wall, that you couldn't imagine would exist in Murrieta. My fiancé and I had stumbled upon it and am so HAPPY that we did. I now have a delicious coffee and breakfast place to consistently to go to. The parking for Fin Coffee is not difficult. The store itself is nestled on the corner under an overhang! We walked inside, and saw a giant definition, written in chalk, of what their store meant. We were up at the front, and scanned the menu quickly with our eyes. I was the most captivated by their "fin pastry". They had savory or sweet types. We had chosen 3 flavors (turkey and cheese, ham-jalapeño-cheese, and a cinnamon sugar) for $15! I had also ordered a banana pudding latte and my fiancé had gotten a tiramisu latte. We waited about 10 minutes for our fin pastries. We had received them very hot and crispy! They were adorable and had a fish stamped onto them!! When we got into the car, we immediately tried to take a bite and it definitely did not disappoint. It was crispy, buttery, and flaky as a croissant should be, yet slightly sweet. The ham and cheese jalapeño flavor was wonderful! Had the right amount and was super thin. The cinnamon sugar flavor was also great! Tasted like a thin churro! Meanwhile, our coffee perfectly complimented our fin pastries. My banana pudding latte was perfectly sweet but also VERY strong in coffee. I love my Vietnamese coffee, and you can tell my drink was made from an actual Vietnamese Phin. Definitely a diamond for Murrieta. I loved their pastries and I love their coffee. I truly can't wait to be back! Well done!
I don't get to Murrieta often, but when I do, I will definitely keep this place in mind. Looking for a matcha based drink, the menu offered that and so much more. It's a pretty unique place that was very busy. Somewhat hidden in a shopping center, but luckily the line out the door caught my attention. They have some fancy unique drinks which sounded on the sweeter side. They looked amazing! Service was great! I even tried the fish shaped crossaint. Definitely delicious!
Very welcoming and beautiful place. You can feel the good energy and your drinks are made with love. Very affordable prices and the best part is that their croissants are made fresh when ordered. They have a wall where you can write what you're grateful for and their prices are really good and fair for all items and that's what I'm grateful for.
Was in the area and looked up coffee places. This place came up and I stopped by. Friendly staff assisted me in ordering my classic viet coffee and pressed jalapeño cheese croissant. Cute spot and clean tables.
Cozy little cafe tucked in a shopping plaza. There's quite a bit of decent seating inside and the place is really cozy. Service has always been nice and quick, and sometimes lines can be a little long. Everything is made to order, but wait times aren't that long - maybe 5-15min depending on how many people were ahead of you. The matcha and Vietnamese coffee here is 10/10. This is probably my new favorite cafe. You can tell the quality of the coffee and matcha just by the color! Sipping it just proves it! Coming from being spoiled with countless cafes in Orange County, this place is great! I love the matcha drinks I've had so far. Don't judge the corn matcha latte until you've tried it! The banana matcha is clearly a hit. The strawberry matcha is amazing too! I really appreciate that they use real fruit ingredients and not the typical syrups from a bottle. The drinks aren't too sweet either which is perfect for me. Will definitely return for another sip soon!
Got the mint iced mojito and that was the winner of the two drinks. Matcha latte is sufficient to satisfy a matcha craving, but had slight clumps and not the most "earthy" true matcha taste imo. Workers and owner were really sweet and service was very quick and nice. Cute spot to study chat and hangout as well
Great service and sweet employees! The banana pudding matcha is a must! This is how matcha should taste. Their Viet coffee is the best I've had in a while, in the Murrieta area. 10/10 Bonus points for providing a kid/ family friendly environment with the little library and gratitude wall.

Love this place! Stopped by for the first time this weekend and definitely will be back! I got the Vietnamese coffee with banana pudding. It was the best Vietnamese coffee I have ever had. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and was not overpowering which is an issue I typically have when getting Vietnamese coffee. It was very busy when I came in but service was still very fast and friendly. Looking forward to becoming a regular!
Went in on a weekday morning. It was packed. I think it is family owned and did not mind the wait as I was reading their story on the wall (sorry no pic. you got to come in to read it) There were a couple of seats available. lots of parking space. Coffee was great. Friendly staff.

The Fin Coffee is a nice new addition to the coffee shop and desserts scene in Murrieta. The Vietnamese coffee is unique; it is strong, with a robust, somewhat smoky undertone, very pleasantly accented by the foam custard topping. I got the banana pudding custard foam and it was awesome! I could not have imagined that banana and coffee could go so well together! The brow sugar latte was my wife's choice and she thought it was very good. We had the cinnamon and Nutella fish shaped croissants- they are a unique and delicious treat, totally worth trying! If my review were only for the coffee and croissants I'd give it five stars. But i also have to take the ambience i to consideration. It is nice- but the industrial basic tile floors the stark lighting leave a bit to be desired. Also i found the service person difficult to hear and understand. However- The Fin is worth trying and enjoying sometime soon!
This is a great new place to try. My kids love their açaí bowls. Bonus points since it's made in-house. The prices are reasonable and there is a variety of items to choose from. The owner, Ann is really kind offers great customer service. She's passionate about her business as it shows through her work. The store is well decorated with plenty of seating. I would definitely come back.
Met up with a mama friend for morning coffee after seeing an FB post showcasing their banana pudding iced latte. I have zero regrets! We also ordered an iced tiramisu latte, a double chocolate chip muffin and a ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant fin which everything was so good! Loved the decor, aesthetic and vibes in this establishment, it has a lot of people coming through over the couple hours we were there so I suggest an early visit if you want to snag a table. I love their story, their set up, the friendly and welcoming vibe, go visit now and support this small business! Highly recommend and would definitely come back, now I need to bring my husband who got left behind and now has FOMO! read more

Only come here if you have some time to spare! It's usually pretty busy, and it can take a while for your order to be ready. The drinks are good, but the pastries were just okay. The staff is friendly, and the establishment itself is really cute. Just come knowing that you may have to wait a bit before getting your order. The bathroom definitely needs some maintenance, which was really the only issue I had with the place. I'd come back again for the drinks, but that's about it. read more

We really wanted to love The Fin because the owners have such a cute shop and a really sweet, relatable story behind it. You can tell they've put a lot of heart into creating the space, and we were excited to try their matcha! Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed with the drinks. The matcha was over $8, and the Banana Pudding Matcha was mostly ice. I finished the drink in about four sips. Both matchas were also lacking in matcha flavor, and we noticed quite a few chunks of undissolved matcha sitting at the bottom of our cups. Matcha can be a little tricky to prepare because it needs to be properly whisked into 175F water to fully incorporate and become frothy without compromising the flavor. We probably won't come here for matcha again :( read more

Opening Day! Love supporting local businesses and had to try this one on opening day. I brought my patience just in case there were some kinks in service but everything went smoothly! The cashier was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and was efficient in taking our order. The coffee was SOOOOO good!! I ordered the Classic Vietnamese Iced Coffee topped with Taro (Ube) Cold Foam. Totally worth the $0.75 upgrade! The hubby had the Salted Honey Latte and said it may be his new favorite in town! Definitely going back to try the rest of the menu. They have cookies and pastries (both savory and sweet!). Oh and they make their almond and oak milk IN HOUSE fresh everyday!!! I have never seen that at any other coffee spot. The cafe is cute and they have some seating but probably not good for big groups planning to hang out together. They have some merch for sale. The cards were totally cute. You can also buy matcha and bags of coffee. They have ample parking too. read more

Absolutely amazing. I have always loved this combo but have not found a place that sells it around here. I'm so happy to see this on their menu. Matcha latte with house made almond milk - 9/10! I love that every matcha latte comes with 4g of matcha and that the almond and oat milks are house made. Next time I want to try it with the sea salt cream :) Viet coffee - 10/10! I saw this place featured on Go Wildomar's Instagram and immediately got excited when I saw they had a banana pudding latte. As a banana pudding lover, I knew I had to give it a try, and I was not disappointed. A lot of places attempt the banana pudding flavor but don't quite nail it. This place absolutely did. The latte had the perfect balance of banana and creamy sweetness without being overpowering. I paired it with a ham and cheese croissant, which was shaped like an adorable little fish. It was flaky, buttery, and packed with flavor. My only minor complaint would be that it could use a little less cheese--it definitely delivered an impressive cheese pull! Overall, everything was delicious, and the experience lived up to the hype. I will definitely be coming back and look forward to trying more items. read more

I liked the tiramisu latte though its a smaller cupsize compared to other local coffee shops for the same prize, the banana pudding I feel does not pair that well with their coffee as Iced latte but it is a popular drink they told me, I didnt really care for the corn cream. Legit Viet coffee and phenomenal matcha. The Viet coffee will give you the power to fight a bear. The matcha is superior quality. I gave the Hojicha latte and macchiato a try recently and both of them were also phenomenal. This is the best coffee shop in the Temecula/Murrieta area. The staff are always really nice. I tried the strawberry matcha latte and I was pleasantly surprised! very smooth high quality matcha, not too sweet, and slightly tart strawberry puree. if I had to nitpick, I thought there was a little too much strawberry, since it kind of overpowered the matcha flavor. I will definitely be coming back to try their cream top drinks! this is a rare find in the temecula/murrieta area. so glad there is quality matcha available in this area now. highly recommend trying! read more

I accidentally came here on their first week of opening, and I'm so glad I did! The vibes are chill, the owner and employees are always so welcoming, and the drinks and pastries are delicious! My go to order is the iced banana pudding latte & their freshly made stuffed croissants. I am obsessed with the jalapeño, ham, and cheddar one! So delicious! read more

Love this place! My favorite coffee in the area, and I've tried everywhere. Only criticism is I wish they had more than just one size. The Vietnamese coffee is so good and I just want more! One of the recent times I went they used a ton of ice so I felt like I had only a couple swigs of the actual coffee. Plus, if there's cold foam, it really takes up a lot of the room. I asked for light ice the last time I went, and she said it wouldn't fill up the cup all the way. I said it was fine, but it was awkward because I'm pretty sure I saw her fill it up with a pitcher of Vietnamese coffee... So I don't understand why they couldn't just fill up the cup. With the cold foam, I only got a little over half of my cup filled with the actual coffee. (i'm not sure if it was just this employee, because I asked for light ice the other time and they filled it up all the way with no problem, and there was way less ice. I promise I'm also not just trying to get more coffee for cheaper, if they had a larger size, I would 100% purchase it! The coffee is amazing, and I know they're first starting out so I'm sure different sizing will be in the future. Food is wonderful, and the staff has always been very kind and helpful. read more
As a Vietnamese American and coffee aficionado. I can relate to the owner's personal story where I grew up with my dad making Vietnamese coffee in the mornings. So of course I had to try the Vietnamese coffee. I am a huge fan of their sweet cream corn latte because it's not too sweet (the ultimate Asian compliment). In regard to the fin's Vietnamese coffee, the chicory flavor does stand out a lot. So if you are expecting more of a strong bold coffee flavor, the chicory does over take it and it may not taste as you were expecting. I did try mines with the taro cream which I thought gave the Vietnamese coffee and chicory flavor a good balance. I also tried the marble Vietnamese coffee with sweet corn cream which the marble is just more milk so the Vietnamese coffee isn't as strong. The chicory flavor does still stand out even diluted with milk so just keep that in mind. If you are not used to or do not like the chicory flavor then I recommend ordering a latte. The sweet cream corn latte is still my personal favorite and top choice. I think that everyone has their own personal taste buds and preference. With that said, they do have a sign that says if your drink isn't perfect they would love to remake it for you. The owner and the girls working there are so nice. You can see them working so hard on everyone's orders. They recently opened I don't even think it's been 2 weeks and every time I've gone they have been busy with customers. It does take time to make the drinks and food so just sit back and relax. They have coffee shop music playing. You could read a book or play a game. If you are in a hurry, it might not be the best time to stop by if they are busy. Keep in mind this is a small local business and not Starbucks. Personally I am not a fan of Starbucks drinks or food but only go there when I have no time because I can order ahead on the app for pick up when I'm in a hurry. However, those are desperate times and a lot of times I'd rather go without coffee. Then go to a local coffee shop when I do have time so that I can enjoy it. read more
Oooh new coffee shop! Saw mixed reviews about their Vietnamese coffee and went ahead and ordered marble Vietnamese iced coffee with salted caramel and it was perfectly delicious! I would recommend that so it's not as heavy and it's well balanced with the other sweeteners. Cute coffee shop, I enjoyed watching the baristas make the coffee. Definitely recommend! read more

Got the banana pudding matcha and banana pudding latte both half sweet. The matcha was still too sweet for my liking even after asking for half sweeter (I tend to like things on the less sweet side) the coffee was perfect though. We also got ham cheese jalapeño croissants which were fresh and made to order. Enjoyed the drinks and food but no AC in this heat wave was pretty miserable sitting inside. Only knocking stars because I was sweating inside making it very uncomfortable. read more

Unfortunately had a bad experience. They ran out of the drink I wanted. But then I asked for non dairy options and they only had coconut milk. We also asked for a Nutella pastry and we got a cheese danish. Then my sister coffee was so sweet it was undrinkable. Would not be back. read more
Went to The Fin Coffee which used to be a Smoothie/Acai bowl spot before. I walked in and saw a good amount of customers ordering and dining in which is always a good sign. The staff was friendly and greeted me kindly. The interior was nice, long and spacious and have a nice table in the back to sit at. I ordered the Marble Viet with oatmilk and half sweet, I want to say the nice girl who took my order was Phoebe, I could be wrong. She confirmed the Vietnamese Iced Coffee was premade (which is a pretty much an industry practice so that's all good) but they could add oatmilk to tone down the sweetness, I said great. I also ordered the corn latte for my mom the same way. My mom's coffee was delicious and nice. Now coffee...... it was t****ble. It tasted h****ble, no balance in flavors and chemically. It tastes like they used oatly, an oatmilk I really don't like the taste of. It was undrinkable, it didn't have that taste of Vietnamese iced coffee. Feeling really excited about this new spot. Super close to my house, their hours actually make sense to be able to stop by early in the morning - even on a weekend! They make almost everything in house with fresh, clean ingredients. Their menu is creative and delicious. All the staff is friendly, helpful, and seem to have a great vibe with each other. Very easy to find the location and it looks like this shopping center is injecting new life into the area, which seems great since Cal Oaks is the Main Street here that's always bustling. read more
