One of my favorite açaí bowls in town. They have a great açaí blend and offer several other base options. They don't skimp on the toppings either. When I don't want açaí, I opt for ube, coconut, and chia. They have 3 granola options and a ton of topping options. The seating area is on the small side so maybe don't come with a big group if you plan to dine in. Tables are typically clean. My only complaint which doesn't really warrant a lower rating (because we keep coming back) is the attitude we get from the people making our bowls. I feel like they are always crabby. Like if you don't want to work there, don't take it out on us. It's happened more than a few times but we keep coming back (for now) because we love their bowl/topping options. read more

Cadence I understand this business closes at 5pm and I walk in at 4:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon to ask for 3 separate bowls. I was given an unwelcoming attitude the moment I walked in to place orders for my coworkers ... Cadence started with a rude attitude then continued with a demeaning tone I was surprisingly disrespected and would've walked out except I wasn't even there for myself I was there as a favor to my colleagues. I came across this spot while searching in Yelp. They have several base options for your bowl. It was a first to see Ube as a base. I asked the worker what was the Ube made out of. He had no clue so he went to the back and asked someone. This lady came out and said the Ube is made from a Japanese sweet potato. This is completely wrong information. Ube is purple yam native to the Philippines. Get your facts and products straight if you are going to sell Ube! I tried an acai bowl. Acai was a bit watered down. We hadn't seen each other in over a year, so when she came back to the area and I happened to be back (for a limited time only!), we made it happen. Let me start by saying the two ladies who helped us were soooo friendly and patient with us. Patsy & Mardith walked us through the build-your-own bowl process, and it really is the best in town! I would have probably paid twice what I did here if I had gone somewhere else. With all of the toppings and fruits I chose, it definitely would have been over $20!! I don't think I'm coming back to this place, the customer service is horrible. I rarely leave negative reviews. My last experience was bad, there was a line and I observed the way the worker was dealing with the person in front of me and I was hoping to not get her. She ended up helping me and was so rude. I gave my feedback about my negative experience thru a text survey. Today I brought my kids back giving it another chance, there was no line at all. The first girl said what can I get for you (no hello) I smiled said hello and told her I would be ordering 3 small bowls. The vibe was very rushed and I said I need a second. Then the second girl came and RUDELY asked my 6 year old what toppings she wanted. I asked her to watch her tone and she got all defensive and raised her voice saying "I didn't say it in that way". She ended up walking to the back. I asked for the manager or owners info the first girl said they don't have that info. So here I am writing a negative review.. maybe this is the norm in this area.. not sure if there are underlying racist vibes or unconscious biases at work here - if this was my business I would want to know and I would care how about customer experience. read more
