My Mother-in-law saw this smoothie/ juice shop open, and wanted to try it for her birthday. Robeks did not disappoint! We placed an order for 5 smoothies on their website, and everyone enjoyed what they got! The space is brand new and open, so you can actually watch the fresh ingredients go into the juicers and blenders. It was very clean and neat inside. I spent quite a bit of time the night before studying the menu since smoothies are a passion of mine and I wanted to get just the right one. Robeks has many different options depending on what your nutritional goals are. Their extensive menu has many categories to choose from: Superfood Classic Açaí Performance Low-cal Wellness Fresh Juices They also offer toasts, bowls and wellness shots. I was really happy they had an extensive menu because our group of 5 was so diverse in their tastes, that we each got a smoothie from a different category. I wound up getting a smoothie from the wellness category called the Age Buster. It had fresh kale, spinach, pineapple sherbet, non-fat fro-yo, apple juice, probiotics, multi-vitamins and fiber. I was really pleased with the freshness of the drink. We happened to arrive as it was being made and I saw all the fresh kale and spinach go it- it's the real deal! The smoothie was an excellent value too- I had gotten a medium and it seemed larger than I was expecting. Overall, I really enjoyed my smoothie, and more importantly, my Mother-in-law enjoyed hers, as did the rest of our party. Next time we're in Temecula, we'll stop by. Besides that you have to order medium or large for most smoothies (why not offer a small) it's expensive. but smoothies are...so that's ok.... he just took way way too long to prepare them. and then he just seemed like I was the problem when he made me repeat my order three times. They had a nice selection of smoothies, juices, etc but the prices...yikes. I understand inflation but I cannot justify spending $7 on a smoothie that's the size of a Starbucks tall cup. The large size is probably equivalent to a venti Starbucks but you're looking at almost $10-11. The service wasn't great either, it took almost 10 minutes just for them to make my small smoothie- which wasn't even filled to the top. I love the workers there I always come in and get the "800lb gorilla". Amazing atmosphere and it is always quick service no matter what time of day. I go almost every day and am constantly greeted by the owners Scott and Emerson. My first time visiting them was a couple months ago where I was greeted by one of the workers there--Chloe. She helped navigate me through the menu where I told her my likes and dislikes and we soon discovered the perfect drink that I now look forward to getting every day. My sister also has tried their acai bowls and has told me countless times about how they are so much better than any other nearby acai place and always have fresh fruit and great assembled bowls-- having a much better quality taste than Jamba or Nectar which she had used to go to. They are by far my favorite place whether it be food, bowls or smoothies.
