Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. Sitting there, I called their telephone, no answer, I got their voicemail. I had to back out of the lane, turn around to go to the front of their building entrance. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE. With only 2 employees, how in the world can you expect to stay in business?? I certainly won't darken your door again. What a waste of my time.

Turned out the owner Karl saw that I had left it behind and put it aside for me....wow...you don't see that everyday. Also I once went through the their automatic drive through and for some reason it just stopped in the middle of the cycle....so I just went to the self serve and washed the car myself. I didn't complain or anything. About 10 minutes later the owner came by and gave me my money back because they saw on the video monitor that their machine had malfunctioned.....it was incredible customer service........this is why I keep coming back. The cheapest basic wash they have starts at $15. With the next being $17, $22 and so forth. The $17 wash comes with wax incorporated. I went for the $22 wash which also had wax but also washed some part of under my car. My car was very clean after the wash and it was dried pretty well too. I was very impressed by the vacuum area. It was very clean and they had other items besides a vacuum we could use. The suction on the vacuum was extremely strong, maybe a little too strong. You have to be careful as it could easily suck up items quick. Make sure nothing of value is laying around to be easily sucked in. The area provided, microfiber cloths, sprays, air compressor, and a mat cleaning station.

So after we went through we hopped out and checked the door and window to see if the puke had come off.. unfortunately no, it had not. They walked away and had come back to tell me that they were going to send me through again, this time making sure to pay close attention to gettin the puke off my door. They were super nice and though I said it wasn't that big of a deal they insisted. & instead of redoing what I paid for, they sent me through the $19 which was the level right below the highest level you can get (which is the best wash plus detailing) After we went through we got out and checked again and it was off!!! The vacuum afterwards was powerful and worked well. They had lots of rags to wipe your car but I didn't see any spray bottles with window or interior solution.
