Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. Sitting there, I called their telephone, no answer, I got their voicemail. I had to back out of the lane, turn around to go to the front of their building entrance. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE. With only 2 employees, how in the world can you expect to stay in business?? I certainly won't darken your door again. What a waste of my time.

It was very clean and they had other items besides a vacuum we could use. The suction on the vacuum was extremely strong, maybe a little too strong. You have to be careful as it could easily suck up items quick. Make sure nothing of value is laying around to be easily sucked in. I wish it got more soapy, though. It did a decent job of cleaning the car but there were still spots that had some sap left despite pre-cleaning it and going through the car wash. The vacuum afterwards was powerful and worked well. They had lots of rags to wipe your car but I didn't see any spray bottles with window or interior solution. They have a floor mat cleaner, which is always great to use.
