So I had some throw up down the side of my car and it had been there for some time and eventually dried up pretty bad. The person who threw up out of my window offered to pay for me to get a car wash. We had been to Goo- Goo before and absolutely loved it then. So we decided to head there again this time. We only paid for the express wash I believe? It was the $9. Basically the level 2 wash. Before you go through they scrub your car down by hand and then send you on after handing you a complimentary air freshener. So after we went through we hopped out and checked the door and window to see if the puke had come off.. unfortunately no, it had not. I asked some employees if they had a small brush or something I could try to get it off with. They walked away and had come back to tell me that they were going to send me through again, this time making sure to pay close attention to gettin the puke off my door. They were super nice and though I said it wasn't that big of a deal they insisted. & instead of redoing what I paid for, they sent me through the $19 which was the level right below the highest level you can get (which is the best wash plus detailing) After we went through we got out and checked again and it was off!!! Antozio was the main helper through this experience, he also offered some fresh car spray and helped me vacuum out my car. By far the best experience I've had. They never fail to please me. I came to this car wash on Saturday July 18th, I was told by a young lady with a nasty attitude and poor customer service skills, I couldn't get my car wash because it had pine sap on the car and the pine would get into the brushes and mess up other cars, I was paying with cash and she said we don't even take cash anymore with a very nasty attitude, this was my first and last time visiting this car wash,I date you to allow your employees to approach customers in that manner alsoit took her five minutes to come assist me , standing talking with another coworker.This place needs new management or shut down, I should have read the reviews before I went there.Disappointed customer. I might as well wash my car myself because I went through the car wash and my car was still dirty so how is that a good thing oh because I got the $10 car wash OK that's besides the point. They didn't give me a car freshener. Employees do not scrub the front or windshield 70% of the time. Tire shine has been broken for 5 months, brushes are broken a lot, and they don't wash the passenger side of the car. Vacuums are weak. Very disappointed canceling my membership on both cars. read more

If I could rate this car wash a lower rating I would! My car was covered in bird droppings and ran it through for a $20 wash. Simply asked if we could run it through a 2nd time because they did not scrub all of the droppings off of my car and the hood was still covered. The employees behaved horribly telling us that it was not going to come off, when they simply could have used the scrub brushes that is included in the service. They splashed our car with water and stood around vaping and laughing. I started recording their behavior as I was afraid they might try to do something to my vehicle. They then pulled their phones out and started recording us because I was recording them. I had my 1 year old in the car with me and I couldn't believe they would treat their customers that way. I have it on video of them throwing up peace signs, calling us racist, and following us through the car wash. They were waiting at the end for us to exit, and they started to pretend polish the car. Then the girl flipped us off as we drove away. The worst experience and customer service I have ever seen. I have never been harassed by anyone that way. read more

Love this car wash! I'm pretty sure they have multiple locations but I'm not sure where. If I'm in need of a car wash, which let's be real is pretty often after driving home, I always come here. They're all super nice and I love the way the free air fresheners smell. The wash is pretty short, thorough, and fairly priced. They have free vacuums and floor mat cleaners. They also have an option for full service in which they detail the inside for you. I've done both exterior wash and full service and have been pleased either way. read more

I don't recommend this car wash because they scratched the hell out of my windshield with the scrub brush and said not our problem, they also left all my windows smudged. They refused to fix my windshield and the general manager was rude and refused to call me back,I had to call 4 times before I was told not our problem. I asked for his boss he said he would not give out that information and he would have him call me this was three weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything. read more

The actual full service was fantastic! Very happy with the results of my car being cleaned in the inside and out. The downfall is when I find my rear floor mat missing. This is a high quality OEM floor mat that they forgot to put back in after they cleaned the backseat. I called, the manager and he checked, and said he didn't see it. He said they don't keep stuff for long before throwing away. He was sorry. That's it. No offers to "make it right". I spent $30, plus a hefty tip to have to turn around and spend more money to replace what they forgot to return. Very dissatisfied customer. read more

I have used a lot of car washes in my life but this place takes the cake! I love the mat cleaner to get your floor mats all clean & the air freshener smells awesome. My truck was clean, mats had everything out of them from the past 8 months I believe (I ran them through about 6 times each) & the free vacuum is WELL worth it if you have an SUV! I spent about 45 mins vacuuming my truck out, anywhere else would have cost me about $10. I won't go anywhere else for a wash since finding GooGoo. I recently went to this establishment to get my car cleaned and paid for the top notch cleaning. I was first greeted with a gentleman who yelled in my ear about getting unlimited washes. I remind you I wanted the ultimate cleaning, inside and out. Well, I said if I get what I wanted for the price your offering then heck yeah. I filled out the paperwork, got the sticker and then I said okay now I get unlimited full service......he said no. I told him that is what I asked for and I do t want just ultimate car washes. So, he took off the sticker leaving half the sticker residue on my windshield. He said they will get the rest off for you over there and you can get the one time full service now. So, I proceeded to the full service area where there were 5 different people working on the car (small car). They said it was done so we got in and started to drive away and the sticker residue is still there and my car was barely wiped down/vacuumed. I will not be going back to them. I always come to Goo Goo to wash my car, mainly for the air freshener! Today, One employee made my trip even better. Once I had my car washed and proceeded to vacuum my interior, I noticed the right side of my car still had streaks of mud on the bottom. I also went to use the mat cleaner and the button was broken, so I couldn't clean my mats. I went to ask if there was another mat cleaner and an employee (DJ) came over and offered to clean them himself. I also mentioned the dirt still on the side of my car and asked if they had something to help me get it off. He offered to let me go through the wash again and they would pay special attention to that area. After going through again, the streaks were still there. DJ went to get a scrubbing sponge and a bucket and scrubbed the entire side of my car until it was clean. Come to find out, he thinks a sticky substance like gum was the culprit, which is why I couldn't even rub it off. I was impressed that he went above and beyond to make it right and go the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my car wash. When I spoke to the manager about how helpful DJ had been, he told me that DJ has even come into work hours earlier than his scheduled time and offered to help out because they were so busy. I'm so glad he was there because he is a true gem to that business! I drove away a happy customer in a sparkling car! read more

I paid $21.00 and my car is still dirty and windshield still has a few sticky drops of unknown substance. The full service was unattended, lights off inside and nobody around, door wide open. None of the floor mat washers even work. I would not recommend this place to anybody ever. Totally not worth it. read more

I have used this service many times and have had satisfactory service untill today. I puchased the 15$ carwash and went through. Was vacuuming my car when i noticed the front of car still had bugs all across it. I told them and no apology or anything had to ask manager he just said you can go back through. Which I did. I looked at car and still alot of bugs on it. I went inside and told manager. He was very rude argued with me saying we sent you through twice what do you want. I said what I paid for a clean car. I asked him to come look at car. I showed him I could get the bugs off with my finger. He stilled argued, said they use a soft brush. Finally he had one of the young men come over and scrib the front of my car with brush. Bugs came off then he just hosed soap off with cold water spraying windows etc and said I was done. So needless to say my windows have water spots all over them but at least bugs are gone. I wouldnt even be writing this except for the rude way managment argued with me anout the situation read more
