Mr. Logan Dabney ( a medical professional mind you) is good with his sales pitch about their treatment plan. Joseph J comments on May 1,2026 says a lot. He had to sign a release form before they would speak with him. They didn't have that form when I saw them in March of 2025, I hope it was something I did. The Attorney General sent me Vero's response to my complaint. It was a form letter saying how they're not responsible for me trusting them and that I signed willingly and how Vero gave me a choice. It's true, my choice was to pay for my treatment upfront, which they pushed me to do or I could finance it will monthly payments. My "treatment plan" was over $13,000 and with me not having 13K laying around, I went for the financing like a fool. After 6 treatments I realized I got scammed and tried to cancel. Vero made me go in a meet with Mr. Dabney in order to cancel. I did and he told me he didn't tell me about the cancelation process because "I didn't ask him." He then said he was going to "credit" me $7000 which left me the balance to pay off monthly. He acted as though he was doing me this big favor, I sure didn't feel like it was a favor. Six offices visits and worthless equipment for over $6000, I paid the balance to rid myself of them and didn't want them making money off me for the next 5 yrs. I then went to the Chiropractic Association which they weren't a member of and the BBB, same, not a member. If you get involved with these guys, there's no way out.

A few adjustments after a few appointments and my neck was good as new. They really do a great job of explaining what they're doing and made it a very comfortable experience. They have my recommendation.
