Bad part is only place to do labs is in St. Clair Shores and West Bloomfield. You can only do labs in West Bloomfield on Wednesday or something so it a non-starter. Saint Clair is not centrally located so I have to drive from Plymouth. It is a massive office and extremely busy. The staff is friendly and that's the saving grace. Samples can be sensitive to temps so if you have to go there you have to use the public restroom out in the hallway. As I said its busy and people knock at the door constantly, I'm not shy by any means and I got stage fright. After you give them your sample they process it right away...and then tell you they will give you results within 7 days!!! Why so long? Who knows? I'm still waiting on the results from the first time I went 13 days ago. They want you to use their online portal but there is no info from either my procedure or the labs I've done so far. I think they need devote a little more resources if they are going to do labs in house. Waiting this long for lab results is ridiculous.

I messed up since I was referred but I guess I should have done my own homework. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone in their office or with the surgical scheduling office. I have had 5 bad encounters with them for just 1 procedure. I waited until I got the procedure to leave this review to make sure it was not just 1 bad day for the person in the office.

When you're finally called the nurse will ask you 2 questions: your birthday and any changes in medications. She might have you get on the scale. You'll wait another 15 minutes for Jason Hafron to make an appearance. This arrogant guy will tell you you're fine and then tell you what needs to be done today. If you ask a question, he will dismiss it and leave. He is rude and condescending. Can't stand the guy.

And the confidence I got from him both before and after my surgery were and still are invaluable to my wife and me. I so greatly admire and respect Dr. Hafron and recommend him as strongly as I can for anyone who needs his great care. It was sad for me to read the 2014 and 2015 negative reviews of Dr. Hafron. It is unbelievably unfortunate for those who found his care anything but excellent. I can assure those few and any others who are currently in need of urological care that there are none better than Dr. Hafron.

I am still having back pain and didn't feel better after the session but I am hopeful my 2nd appt will provide relief. Julie and her team came highly recommended and I'm so grateful I went... I initially saw her for an injury that was caused by wearing the wrong shoes ‍ or being over 40... it's a toss up. Then came perimenopause (yeah)--- But I digress... Julie listens like your best friend and treats you like a VIP. I can rattle off 17 different symptoms in 90 seconds (because... hormones), and she somehow knows exactly what to do. She's thoughtful, thorough, and has this calm, grounded energy that helps quiet my busy brain and reset my body. Whether it's emotional chaos or muscle tension, I leave feeling like a human again. The whole team here is wonderful, but Julie has been a game-changer for me. I've searched all over Oakland County and this place is the one. They just get it--women's health, pain, stress, all of it. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with hormone havoc, body aches, or just trying to feel more like themselves again. And if you're anything like me--running on coffee, adrenaline, and mild panic--go see Julie. She'll fix you up and make you laugh too!

My dad has been coming to this practice for eons, so when I started having problems it was natural…read morefor me to see one of the physician there. He's been with them for so long I assumed the care and administrative support was good enough to warrant them being repeat customers. Lord how I was wrong. i presented in early january for issues. i was scheduled for an ultrasound at the end of January. on the 28th i had my ultrasound, on the first of February I presented to the ER with horrible kidney stones. At my follow up for the ultrasound, I was then scheduled for surgery on the 3rd of MARCH. Btw, he had no idea I was in the ER, that I had had a CT or that I had an infection. I had to provide the CT report, even though I had reached out to the staff prior to let them know I had been in the ER. I live through February, uncomfortably, and finally I have surgery March 3rd. I thought I was having stones removed but actually he just broken them up and left them for me to pass, with stints bilaterally. The pain, discomfort and pressure was so much. I ran out of pain meds and called on the 8th for more and never heard back. On the 9th i ended up with a blockage and went to the ER where I was admitted. on the 10th (a Sunday) i have essentially emergency surgery to remove the blockage. Another stint. Upon discharge I am told to follow up IN OFFICE, in a week. So I call. They refused me an appointment. Saying I can't be seen until the doctor reviews my discharge and op report. Ok...that's weird. REFUSE TO SCHEDULE ME FOR A POST OP APPOINTMENT. I called everyday and still, upon writing this on 3/21, still have not been allowed to have an appointment to see my doctor. Finally on the 13...10 days post first surgery, 4 days after being discharged my doctor finally calls me and guess what...he had no idea i was even in the hospital. But his group, colleagues and hospital all were consistent and your telling me you didn't know...and the staff has been telling me your waiting on the report. First instance of lying and gaslighting. I inform him i want to speak to the practice manager and she calls me on the 26th. She assures me she's going to look into things and investigate and call me back...nothing! Still nothing today, on 3/21 Doctor calls me Wednesday 3/18 because I'm so mad and this is a compromise for the post hospital (that he had no idea about) visit. Tells me I need a THIRD surgery to do EXACTLY what he was supposed to do the first time...and that he has spoken to the schedule and she knows about me and will be contacting me To get me on the schedule ASAP. Friday the 20th, after calling the office Thursday twice and Friday twice...ok, more than twice... I'm in pain and am done with process, so sue me...I had to message my doctor on fucking Facebook...to get a response from them. He called me back...at 8pm on a Friday, so kudos for that...but let's me so for real how horrific that is I still don't have a surgical date...maybe next week...we'll see. Don't come here, find yourself a small practice where they actually care about you. Where your not another cog in their medicine wheel. As soon as I get this stint out I'll be changing urologists. 0/10
