For some reason, my complaint just disappeared. I'm not saying that there was a bribe but what else could have happened? When I pointed out the alignment problem, I was just dismissed. The offices are clean, convenient to the interstate/central Fort Smith and as part of the Mercy Medical system (one of the largest medical providers in the region) you can expect excellent medical referrals, an excellent hospital and E R system as part of the Catholic affiliated medical care system. The roots of the local Mercy medical system go back to medical care founded by local Catholic sister in the 1800's.
