Then while trying to resolve it with her she starts giving me attitude asking me how I sent it before and why I cant find a way to forward it. It's their mail system shouldn't she be able to tell me how to do it. Ever since this place took over the RWP and ADAP program and stole the contract from AFAN it has been an absolute nightmare. Unfortunately since then you have no other choice but ATHN. This is a huge disappointment and disservice.
