I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Venuto while shopping for new insurance. He was extremely knowledgeable, warm and quite funny. He explained everything in terms that I, the layman could even understand; and didn't make me feel like I was a 3-year-old learning how to tie my shoes for the very first time. He was patient, understanding and extremely eager to assist me in any which way he could. I did not feel as if I was another number or an inconvenience like it seems you see more and more with businesses.
