The service department at this place is a joke. I took my 2004 international 9400i there because of…read morea wiring problem. First thing they do is replace the ecm for $2100. I pick it up 7 days later and drive it 20 miles and truck does exact same thing that it did before the ecm was put on. Take it back to them. 9 days later they say they got it figured out. Drive it 10 miles and truck is worse than original. Now i cant even drive it. They order the part to fix it on site and say they'll send a guy out first thing the next morning. 10:30 rolls around and i havent heard a thing. I call and ask when the guy was coming. Service guy starts studdering saying they ordered the wrong part and theyre checking to see if distributor has the right part like that takes a couple hours to do. I have been lied to on so many occasions by these people. A well known mechanic i know even said before i took it there that he would be surprised if anyone there was even smart enough to work on this truck. I shouldve listened. Stay away from this place at all costs
