I googled and found Bales auto and called, mainly hoping to find a place to leave the car as we drive to pick them up. The owner Bud Baled answered and drove to the gas station they had stopped at which was just 2 minutes away. Even though he was supposed to close at 6, he had them drive to shop, diagnosed the issue ( failed water pump ) searched for part and agreed to drive to neighboring town, get part, install it and have them on their way. Wow. True to his word he had them back on their way road by 8:30pm and they arrived at 12:30am. He even followed up with a text to make sure. That is unheard of these days. The luck of breaking down right there before getting on the turnpike (which has little help or cell signal) is a God thing. Super appreciated and took some stress off of us.

When I first started getting my oil changes I would schedule an appointment for after work and sit there and wait. I love how they now have pick up and delivery within a certain mile radius, I work in town and they come and pick up the bronco, service it and bring it back without any problems! So, we decided to get our truck and air conditioner checked out at this shop. We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day, but they still made time for us and checked our truck. They checked everything and it turned out that all we needed was a new radiator cap because it had a small crack. The owner and all his employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonably priced. If we are ever in Oklahoma and need to get our truck checked out again, we would definitely go back to their shop! We highly recommend them!

I then took the car to them so the A/C system could be checked for leaks and the correct amount of refrigerant was added. They had me on my way in less than 2 hours, with A/C blowing cold. I was on vacation in OK, 1,850 from my home in MT. They saved me over $1,000. In 45 years of working on my own cars, I have never met a repair shop that would help you out like they did.
