It is kind of hard to grocery shop when the store is a mile away and you have to tote those heavy bags back. What do you do? Call Frank's Service Center? HELL NO! Don't do it. Find another place. In fact, if Frank's was the only repair facility in town? I would tote my bags back from the grocery store. Why? Glad you asked. When the tow truck comes to get your vehicle, Frank's will CLAIM that they didn't get the keys, but we all know that when the driver drops the vehicle, he takes the keys to the shop manager who then signs for them. BUT, Sam at Frank's will CLAIM that he didn't receive the keys, had to pay to have a key made rather than call you to see if you have a spare key, and then when your things get stolen out of your ride? He will blame the tow truck driver's failure to bring the keys to him?!! Then, he will not pay for what is stolen. Rather, he is going to pay for what he knows came stock with the vehicle. When you disagree with him, he will tell you, "if there is going to be a disagreement, I will just give you the transmission and you take your vehicle. I won't touch it again!" What an effin bully! I'm still waiting on my Pioneer Stereo, amp, subwoofers and inverters. Oh, and by the way, just like any other narcissist, Sam is going to blame YOU for his mistakes! Go figure.

My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

The sales person I had sold me the best vehicle I've ever had. It was a used 2011 Ford Fusion, and it's had minimal issues since I've had it. And I still own it. Somehow in moving from Tulsa to Atlanta, I misplaced my purchasing paperwork. So, in a panic I called the dealership to see if I could get a copy. The lady was very nice and they overnighted it to me for free. Truly outstanding customer service. I've never experienced that at any other dealership.

Turns out the issue was from another mechanics failure to re-tighten my brake caliper, they quickly identified the issue and corrected it! We were back on the road in no time! If you want quality customer service and mechanical technicians then go here! Absolutely best service around town! Very respectful, timely and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my Chevy anywhere else.
