I googled and found Bales auto and called, mainly hoping to find a place to leave the car as we drive to pick them up. The owner Bud Baled answered and drove to the gas station they had stopped at which was just 2 minutes away. Even though he was supposed to close at 6, he had them drive to shop, diagnosed the issue ( failed water pump ) searched for part and agreed to drive to neighboring town, get part, install it and have them on their way. Wow. True to his word he had them back on their way road by 8:30pm and they arrived at 12:30am. He even followed up with a text to make sure. That is unheard of these days. The luck of breaking down right there before getting on the turnpike (which has little help or cell signal) is a God thing. Super appreciated and took some stress off of us.

Driving motorhome from California to Maine, blew two tires in Oklahoma .... had only one spare. AAA…read morecouldn't help even though we have RV coverage.... motorhome is too big for the local tow trucks. The tow driver recommended interstate diesel as the people who could help us. They were right!! In no time, a kind gentleman showed up in his truck with two new tires. His name is Brad Osborne. Let me say this, I manage auto repair shops.... have for 40 + years. I'm no Spring chicken, and neither is Brad. I've been a mechanic and been in charge of mechanics a looonnnggg time. I'd hire Brad in 2 seconds. Watching him work was just fascinating.... like poetry in motion! A true professional! He didn't have to be nice.... but he was, as were the ladies on the phone. They could have charged me any price they wanted. They didn't.... their prices were MORE than fair! And Brad was just as kind and charming, polite and professional as I could have asked for. When I first started getting my oil changes I would schedule an appointment for after work and sit there and wait. I love how they now have pick up and delivery within a certain mile radius, I work in town and they come and pick up the bronco, service it and bring it back without any problems! I wouldn't have known this if Davon hadn't suggested it to me to save time. Thank you LUV Ford for looking out for your customers and caring about the community!

My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.
