This was not the first appt they tried to cancel stating there was a staff shortage but you can clearly hear laughing and 'pass the sandwiches' in the background. I complained to the quality director as well to look into these 'staff shortages' every Friday. because I refused to cancel they took my daughters appt since she has been experiencing pain due to loose brackets. In the 1.5 hours I waited for my daughter to complete her appt there was no other appt to check in or be called for their appt.

I was greeted by such a pleasant and happy voice I honestly thought it was an automated message (in a good way). I was able to get scheduled quickly too with them letting me know of sooner openings as they became available. Upon arrival every single person that worked there was super happy and said hello to me. All the people that worked on me were all very knowledgeable and caring about the process. No one tried to upsell me on anything For my cleaning, Rea was great! I don't think I've ever had a cleaning be so nice or less irritating. Even had to go back for my first cavities and the dentist was really calm and talked me through the whole process so I knew what to expect and feel. I had two fillings, three crowns, and a plaque cleaning - all needed for good dental health after 87 years of still having all of my teeth. [Guidance on crowns - I searched for a dentist offering the one-stop CEREC system, but none found. However, crowns made in a lab, requiring a temporary crown, followed by inserting the permanent crown a few days later, are stronger. They were so patient and kind but also did a fantastic job of of course fixing my teeth but mainly fixing my fear. I now plan to go regularly because of how comfortable they made me feel.
