I called to reschedule bc my babysitter cancelled and was told to go ahead and come in and the verbiage the front desk used was "we will figure it out" well as someone who used to be a dental office manager I would watch children while people had a root canal or other service. I come in after getting my child in the car which is such a fight because of transitions and his autism and he's 3... I get there and wait about 10 minutes and then someone comes and tells me sorry we can't take out your nexplanon with your autistic child here. ok cool but I called!! I asked!! I explained!! I offered to reschedule!!! so then I'm crying and they're like what can we do? I said nothing like I'm going to sit here while my child is now upset we're leaving and try getting them into their car seat and I'm going to cry alone thanks. honestly the lady at the front desk should have been in trouble for that. she admitted she told me to come in anyway with my child. it's too hard to get a new patient appointment anywhere else and I'm established here so I will go back but I'm very unhappy with the front desk.

She uses fear mongering tactics to make you do what she wants and if you don?t listen she will try to force the issue. When we did not listen to her wanting to do a C section, all while our baby was perfectly healthy and other Drs, along with every nurse, did not believe that was needed, she proceeded to shut off the induction medication to force the contractions to stop in an attempt to force our hand. If not for another Dr in the labor ward she would have had her way. The other Dr agreed there was no reason we could not have the baby naturally and turned the medication back on. If you want someone to tell you what to do without listening to your wishes she is the best Dr for you. If you have your own mind and can think for yourself I?d avoid her at all costs. Worst OBGYN

I understand that doctors are people, and that they have emergencies or things that come up, but I'm frustrated that I now have to go to the "back of the line" again when I'm not the one who cancelled the appt! I didn't reschedule right away because I was so angry about the situation. I was reminded that I *should* have had my appt today, so I decided to bite the bullet and reschedule. I figured that now that it's been a few more weeks they probably would not have appts. until January or February. Imagine my surprise when I tried to look for availability and there is nothing available until April. So if I book an appt now, it will literally be a year from when I initially booked. Yes, that would mean it took a year for me to be seen, assuming they don't cancel on me again! Absolutely unacceptable!

While I was trying to take the urine sample they had requested, they told me I had missed my appointment (???????) so I didn't even get the healthcare I came in for. Terrible place, they will waste your time and money if you let them. Also, the lobby WiFi is trash.

My new primary didn't inform me that she was sending me to a religious zealot who wouldn't let me choose what I do with my own uterus. I came in leaning towards getting paragard (copper IUD) but still had questions. They told me when I was already there and undressed that they don't do that one because Dr Fromlak believes it to be an abortion type of birth control. Absolute bullshit.
