They did a full overhaul, came in with information, and showed they genuinely cared about my kids' health now and moving forward. The dentist took the time to go over both kids' X-rays, their oral health, and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated her knowledge and the way she connected with us -- especially since she's also a mom of young kids herself. That gave me so much peace of mind, knowing she truly understands. By 9 a.m. we were finished, and the kids were back to school (with a Chick-fil-A stop in between!) by 9:30. Huge win for us, and I left feeling so grateful we chose this office. They treat you with kindness and understanding in a professional manner. Dr. Robert's is excellent. My crown caused me no pain. Dr. Robert's has a machine in office to make your crown on site while you wait. No need for a temporary. They use cutting edge technology. Finding a great Dentist is often difficult. Don't recommend this place for a perment bridge put in. Had one done last oct and it was not done…read morecorrectly, as is too big and causing me problems. When it was put in was told if need be adjustments can be made. But when it came down to it and I told him it was not right he stated there was nothing that he could do everythng was good. The bridge is not in his mouth so how would he know what I am going through. When started to set an appointment to have it removed, received a letter banning me from the office for asking questions and not using there one of there recommenditations for the oral surgan. They want you to use there recommendiation even though was told that it was ok to use someone else.
