After our insurance changed, the office manager personally reached out via voicemail, assuring us they would honor our cleanings. However, over a year later, they have failed to fulfill this promise. It's frustrating to receive conflicting messages from the same person who initially assured us of assistance. This inconsistency and lack of follow-through have left us disappointed and seeking dental care elsewhere. We've made several attempts to resolve this. I have even sent the voicemail back to the office so that they could listen to it. How can the office manager personally call us and say they're taking care of a certain item on our account, and then just refuse to honor her own words. Now they are sending us letters threatening collections.

I've been blessed with pretty good teeth, but it never bothers me to go and a big part of that is my trust in Dr. Carson. I think they are good, honest people with the continuing education to address any needs appropriately and professionally. I have been out of permanent work for two years now with a broken tooth since September. Nancy told me, of course, it would be best to have it addressed immediately, but practically speaking, I could get away with it for a while IF I was very careful. She also warned me to keep in mind that if it DID break further, it could end up a root canal costing twice the money so it was up to me. She is very down to earth and understanding and I had no embarassment telling her of my situation.

Being a businessperson and worried about first impressions, I was highly concerned if I would ever look "normal again". I received several root canals, crowns and dental implants. At first, again I was worried about how I would look until the porcelain permanent teeth were ready, but Dr. Kumar Patel created a temporary tooth that looked natural within only an hour and removed all anxiety with his work product and even his funny demeanor to make the operation without stress. I was shocked in a good way with his work product and also his prices. Dr. Kumar was very reasonable in every way. I will continue to use his services every few months for basic cleaning and maintenance.

Dr. Lambert and his staff are courteous, professional, and treat me like family. I am a cancer…read moresurvivor with horrible dental results due to radiation therapy. I have a condition called radionecrosis which makes dental work very very difficult. I have neglected proper dental care due to embarrassment from the damage done by the radiation. My first visit with Dr. Lambert was due to a damaged tooth that shattered. I was in pain and needed to be seen. They made room for me in the schedule and had me come right in. There was no waiting or delaying for insurance or otherwise. Dr. Lambert and his team have always made me feel comfortable and welcome. He took the time to explain why my problems were radiation related and how a treatment plan could be worked to protect and preserve as much of my original dental work as possible. It has now been 6 years that I have been going to Dr. Lambert and after that first visit. He was right that he is doing his best to help me survive. After numerous root canals, crowns, and cavities he still treats me with care and compassion. He regularly gives out his cell phone number if you have after hours concerns so you dont have to navigate an answering service and wait for return calls. The office staff up front have been nothing but awesome. I have dental insurance and each time they explain any charges and work with me so that I can budget treatment and planning. I never have felt they didn't know my needs or that I was a number. They always are accommodating. A few times dental emergencies have happened between paydays and they always worked with me to make sure I was taken care of first and worked out the business end afterwards. I can say their true motto and mission is to provide top quality dental care in a compassionate and competent office. I would recommend anyone to them without hesitation. My wife sees Dr. Griffies at the same practice and has the same response with him and his staff. I think that CDA is built around that patient first attitude!

If you want to go to a different location, they'll probably charge you and make you take new xrays for your next dentist. Also, each of the dentists at Coweta Dentistry accept only certain dental insurance plans of their own choosing. Also, if you are a new patient, they will probably assign you to a dentist fresh out of dental school or with minimal experience who knows very little. The most experienced dentist there named Dr Swords, who looks like Spock from Star Trek, takes no new patients because he is just that good. The only staff who do a good job are the dental hygienists who do teeth cleaning. However, if you want a dentistry which does more than teeth cleanings, best you go elsewhere.
