It's frustrating to receive conflicting messages from the same person who initially assured us of assistance. This inconsistency and lack of follow-through have left us disappointed and seeking dental care elsewhere. We've made several attempts to resolve this. No matter what I said she continued arguing with me and instead of de escalating the situation she escalated it. All while dentist Sarah watched. Sarah, who should be in charge because she's the dentist, just watched. No matter what I said I was told I was wrong. I looked at Emily and said "omg this is a dentist office why are you acting like this"? After the argument, I went back with dentist, she made me wear special glasses. I asked why. She raised a metal instrument, and said, "these are sharp tools so the glasses are to protect your eyes". I informed Sarah I've never been told to wear glasses so this was new to me. She informed me it's policy and I just have been given the glasses before. Dentist Sarah and assistant Kim took at least 10-15 X-rays, they couldn't get a good one. They were cutting the roof of my mouth from not being capable of positioning the X-ray tool. At that point I got up and told dentist Sarah I had zero confidence in her skills. She flipped it on me saying "if you can't cooperate that's your decision". I kept asking to get info for someone in charge and Emily kept saying "I'm the one you talk to". They treat you with kindness and understanding in a professional manner. Dr. Robert's is excellent. My crown caused me no pain. Dr. Robert's has a machine in office to make your crown on site while you wait. No need for a temporary. They use cutting edge technology. Finding a great Dentist is often difficult. The bridge is not in his mouth so how would he know what I am going through. When started to set an appointment to have it removed, received a letter banning me from the office for asking questions and not using there one of there recommenditations for the oral surgan. They want you to use there recommendiation even though was told that it was ok to use someone else.

Office staff and dentist were extremely friendly on a face-to-face basis; however, every visit felt like an upsell of a procedure and every single visit ended up with a billing irregularity. On our last visit, which was simply for annual x-ray and cleaning we were billed extra. When I called both the office and our insurance company the bill was coded as that I received extra x-rays. Since I was having no problems and no cavities, it appears that they added extra x-rays to the billing that I did not receive, and my insurance applied it to my co-pay. When I called to try to straighten it out, the front desk staff admitted that I had extra x-rays and cannot explain why. She tried to blame it on insurance. Isure if they are coding to pad the bill to get extra money, hoping that no one notices.

Being a businessperson and worried about first impressions, I was highly concerned if I would ever look "normal again". I received several root canals, crowns and dental implants. At first, again I was worried about how I would look until the porcelain permanent teeth were ready, but Dr. Kumar Patel created a temporary tooth that looked natural within only an hour and removed all anxiety with his work product and even his funny demeanor to make the operation without stress. I was shocked in a good way with his work product and also his prices. Dr. Kumar was very reasonable in every way. I will continue to use his services every few months for basic cleaning and maintenance.
