(It actually progressed into a Weiss ring.) I asked for a glasses/contact exam while I was there and he refused to fit me because I didn't have my current RX with me. He said I would need to come back with my current RX and that would be an additional fee. So, in other words, if I told him that I dropped my only pair of glasses in the ocean , he would not be able to prescribe a new pair? Horse hockey. I also need to mention that I have cataracts. My optometrist noticed them a couple years prior to this encounter. Rosenberg didn't say anything about them. Weird. The whole thing was just icky and weird.

Sam took them to see if any of their donated glasses had the same set up for the leg and replaced it free of charge. That's amazing to me.... For those that suffer from the affliction of dry eyes, you know that over the counter drops are merely a temporary solution, because an hour or two later the feeling of dry, scratchy, sand filled eyes comes roaring back with a vengeance! If you wake up in the middle of the night with eyes so dry, they feel like stale raisins, you need to make an appointment with Dr Cepero immediately. Dr Cepero has the patience of a saint. He won't dismiss your symptoms as exaggeration or a figment of your imagination, or just tell you to use warm compresses.
