I called them again for another job not realizing that it was ABS aluminum building system and again they're higher than everybody else this time by $500. The salesman was Eragon and Said to me I was here before and I gave you an estimate did you ever get your lanai and I said yes I did $5000 cheaper than your estimate just to let you people know there are better competitors and better prices make sure you guys get at least three estimate trust me I used to be a contractor.

I was then promised a time for a quote, but no one showed up. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a response. Eventually, someone did come to my house. He was polite and gave me a price for part of the job. I asked for a few additional, simple items (like a small paver pad for trash cans) and was told I'd receive a full quote by email. That email never came. Again, I had to follow up multiple times with no results. After being ignored, I gave up and contacted other companies who were responsive and professional. If a job--especially one around a pool--is too difficult or not something you want to take on, it would be far better to just say so instead of stringing customers along. I wasn't begging for a job; I was simply looking for basic communication and reliability. Would not recommend.
