I asked for a quote for 1000 ft if Bahia sod laid. I accepted the quote and kept having the…read moreinstall date pushed back. I was concerned because I had laid and rolled 10 Sq yards of topsoil in prep and didn't want it to wash away. While waiting I did a remeasure and needed 1350 ft. The lady scheduling said no problem. They showed up with 1200 Sq ft and the bottom few rows of the sod were crumbling to pieces. They made no effort to adjust any of the pieces and I figured their haste and shoddy effort was because they were trying to beat the rain. It did start as they were finishing. When I called to find out when the job would be finished the lady told me they preferred working in the rain as opposed to heat. She said they would be out the next day, then the day sfter that, then they had no sod. Two weeks later the job is not done and they no longer return calls. If you have a smaller job their commitment means nothing. I should have stopped payment on the check until the job they accepted was finished.

I'm in SoCal in Simi Valley and the tree was shipped flawlessly and as you can see, a prolific fruit producer! In the past, I never knew you can eat the fruit. My roommates shared a house with a mature giant tree in the backyard and we "complained" when all the fruit dropped on the lawn.
