Two sessions in, and my Garmin data shows a clear pattern -- noticeably better sleep on the second night after each session. Kellen is warm, skilled, and explains everything clearly -- important when you're in recovery. At my first visit she spent extra time afterward, completely unprompted, walking me through additional recovery resources. I tipped accordingly. Tips: 1-Save the chatting for after the session -- every minute spent talking beforehand is time you don't get on the table. 2-Ask about packages before booking to save significantly. 3-They're a medical facility, so they accept HSA/FSA cards, and they'll give you detailed receipts for possible insurance reimbursement with a doctor's order. Four stars for me because, when you're already paying for a premium service, the session should cover what's therapeutically indicated rather than upselling add-ons -- especially ones with no additional supply cost. If I need the scar remodeling or the facial MLD or anything else that doesn't cost the company, it should be included in the service time purchased. No full results yet since I'm early in the loading phase, but I trust Kellen's skill and the data backs it up. IMHO, I highly recommend for anyone dealing with lymphedema.

She listens to you when you tell her what your goals are and I believe modifies her approach to meet those goals -- down to such silly things as "I want medium to firm pressure. And my feet are ticklish so if you touch them you have to be very firm. And my neck has tension knots that I wish could be worked out." How she can be gentle and impactful at the same time, I do not know. I am always apprehensive about going to see a new massage therapist as they can be very good or not so much. This was the best of the best experiences. I left feeling refreshed and limber. And as I type this a day later, my body knows it had some limits gently tested. I mean that in a very good way. The facility is functional and comfortable. The spa music in the treatment rooms is subtle and non-intrusive and supportive. The owner and other staff people I met were all friendly and engaging. The business is set up to take venmo to leave gratuities if that's your preference. I can't imagine anything they didn't think of. Given I was game to be a pin cushion--that's how bad the headaches are--I was surprised. As for the headaches, the adjustments are a BIG help! They aren't a cure, of course, but they provide relief without medication. Until the underlying cause is uncovered, I'm in the dark, but thanks to Dr. Rulli, I'm able to get relief.
