Boulders: Plenty of boulder routes and the walls were left plenty of space across one another. The route grading here is fair for the most part. There are some route setters that set a couple of V1s that I didn't agree with, almost kind of gatekeeping beginner climbers from attempting climbs due to the route set. But overall, plenty of awesome routes to try. Top Rope: Top rope area is across the bouldering area, and its really nice. Plenty of walls with a fair amount of auto belays. Grading here was pretty fair from what I saw. The Gym: Gym area was very nice. Very clean and spacious, with a ton of quality equipment to go around. Also a nice perk here is that there is a sauna and an ice bath in one area! Overall, a 4/5! Very solid climbing gym. Nice boulder/Top Rope walls and staff here are friendly! I'll be back for sure.

Pros: - The staff: They are pleasant, knowledgeable about climbing, and a joy to be around. - Climbing: Engaging, and I love the routes they come up with. - Community: Great people, and truly what I'll miss most. Cons: - Filth: There is no regular professional cleaning service and the grime continues to be ignored. It has built up to a point I cannot justify paying the exorbitant price. -- There have been small black bugs in the spa shower since July 2025, and I have notified staff several times. They have multiplied in this time. Picture/video attached. -- There is black mold in both the steam room and sauna. I have notified staff several times. I go to the steam and sauna for my asthma, but it only makes it worse at Triangle. Pictures attached. -- For those that aren't spa-goers, it may disgust you to learn that triangle staff, after acknolwedging the aforementioned points, said the nastiest thing in the gym is the rock holds. -- The turf in the weight room is sticky in parts and matted down with conglomerated sweat. - Unresponsive: I brought up issues many times with staff, but the cleanliness never gets addressed. It took over a year of multiple members complaining about urine stains and smells in the mens bathroom for them to simply add an air freshener and smell-reducing pad to the toilets. -- I do NOT expect your desk staff to clean the whole facility. This requires a competent professional service. -- A response from triangle to a prior review from a month ago mentioned a professional crew within "the coming week or so." There has been no change, not in the last month, not in the last 2 years. - Pricing: I originally paid the individual membership price of $89 a month. When my roommates discovered the group plan we were told it would be $39 each for 3 members. Seemed too good to be true but we were reassured. Online, 3 members should amount to $197 ($66 each). Turns out we were charged $267 ($89 each) per month of our group membership. Triangle has not returned any of our contact about this overcharging and it is beginning to feel predatory. So, Triangle, I implore you to: 1. Clean your entire facility. It's embarrassing. 2. Provide straightforward pricing for memberships and make sure all staff are trained in this before they sign people up. 3. Respond to your members concerns. We want to keep being a part of Triangle. Thank you, and I would be elated to see these changes and revise my review to reflect them.

It is a serious rock climbing gym so I would make sure your kids are able to listen to and follow instruction for their and others safety. My nephew has climbed before and they definitely let him try some of the harder routes. Party room was great, staff consistently asked if we needed anything or if they could help in any way. Rose is interested in tailoring each class to meet the needs and energy levels of her students (from beginner to more advanced balances and inversions). She gave helpful pointers and assisted us with the correct form for poses, which not all yoga studios do these days. I've also never had a yoga class that started with essential oils and ended with a warm weighted eyemask (it's incredible, everyone should try this)! She played gentle music throughout our practice and there are rainbow twinkle lights on the walls. Students are welcome to hang out in the lounges and have tea anytime. There are plenty of cubbies and they provide yoga mats and blocks at no additional cost. I didn't have any problems parking on the street, it's free but limited to 2 hours. I think Mindfulness Bar is perfect for anyone wanting a chill and inclusive environment for yoga, meditation, and self-care.

While aerial yoga definitely requires some flexibility and upper body strength, it wasn't too difficult to enjoy as a beginner. Amy was my instructor, and she was absolutely wonderful and encouraging. She explained each move clearly and made sure we all understood how important it is to listen to our bodies and not push too hard. The experience was both fun and inspiring. There are so many cool tricks and techniques to explore, and now I'm motivated to keep improving. I'll definitely be back and next time, I'm bringing friends!

Was here this past Thursday, July 2nd. My granddaughter (9) and grandson (5) were riding the…read moremotorcycles. Older, UNSUPERIVSED boys were intimidating them and other younger children. These boys did NOT pay for this ride and felt they could push motorcycles around and jump on the back of other children's motorcycles. NO ONE from Kids Empire supervised or monitored this area. Although I asked these boys to leave my grandchildren alone, they persisted. My granddaughter's motorcycle was pushed against a wall and her foot was pinned between a metal bar and the motorcycle. She was unable to put weight on her foot; took her to urgent care and for x-rays. Nothing broken, but on crutches. Unless you want to supervise your children and other children, this place is a free-for-all and accidents waiting to happen.

While their ceilings are not super high, aerialists are able to train a number of tricks and apparatus. Rigging felt safe, and I love the reception that I received as a visitor from the online exchange to my in-person arrival. I trained at an open gym, and I attended a Lyra II class that was taught by a sub. I appreciated that the class focused on drilling difficult tricks, and when I asked the teacher for a progression, she offered me one that was accessible to where I am training. Everyone in the class was so welcoming, and I enjoyed my visit immensely.
