The last time I went My bill was for $150.00 which I paid in full. A couple of months later I got a statement from my insurance that $35.00 was sent to Briteway. I called and Amanda told me they would reimburse me. i guess the head dentist did not agree and Amanda called and said they were not returning my money. I did not even know they were filing claims on my behalf and then keeping the money. Be careful because if they know your insurance company this is what they do. Unethical! I tend to be a very anxious patient who's filled with never-ending questions. Dr. Weber explained the entire process to me every step of the way. He showed me x-rays and explained everything that was necessary, why it was, and how it would be performed. He was very patient (and willing) to answer my many questions throughout the journey. I chose to be sedated for the procedure and even the anesthesiologist he works with was excellent. When I awoke, I was greeted with the excellent news that he was able to perform all the procedures AND place the implant simultaneously! Post-op, I was surprised at how minimal my discomfort, pain and swelling were (I didn't even need over-the-counter pain medication!) I'm glad I found Dr. Weber and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery.

Dr. Raider and his assistant did it so well that I didn't even realize it was all done. Dr. Raider had me bite down several times on a paper bite plate -I don't know what it's called - to check that it was in correctly, before he glued it. This was not done by my former dentist. This bite check is crucial. My former dentist just told me to tell him if it felt correct. Honestly, you can't tell by just how it feels to you, alone. You need the bite check on the paper. Dr. Raider also took an x ray before he glued it. This was not done ever with my former dentist. My daughter has gone to Dr. Raider for at least 15 years and everything has always been done perfectly. I am so thrilled that I now go there too. Making or changing appointments is easy. The entire staff is so efficient and kind.

I was so happy to find Dr. Aufrichtig and after my first visit, I knew that he was an excellent choice. The office was very clean. The hygienist was very good. My last visit with him in September during the COVID 19 pandemic was overwhelmingly pleasant. I was instructed to call when I arrive. I stayed in the car and was asked questions regarding COVID. Few minutes later they called me to come in. When I arrived, I sat in an empty office lobby and shortly after went in the consult room where the hygienist started working on me. I was very concern about use of equipment and infection control procedures. But all the worries were resolved as I saw all the procedures that they put in place to keep me safe. Note: I am a health care provider and knows what good infection control looks like.
