Good visit. Doctor told me to book follow-up at checkout, but checkout staff didn't seem to want to book me and told me they'd call me back, so I'd rate the office and staff 4 star instead of 5.

This is the most difficult Dr's. office I have ever dealt with. I feel my problems have doubled or…read moremore just from having to deal with this office (Dr. and staff), instead of feeling relieved from going here. Regular appointments can be very difficult here, as they cancel frequently, and rescheduling can be almost impossible without driving to the office to do it in person. When the Dr. cancels it's very difficult to reschedule in the next few days, usually they want you to return in 3 or 4 weeks. Very difficult to get the office staff on the phone and the answering machine is full most of the time. Calls are not returned in a reasonable professional time period. The office staff do not follow through well with requests of completing paperwork, changing contact information, etc., etc. They have to be reminded several times before they get it right or complete it. Initially things were fine, but any changes outside the regular routine, by Dr. Busch's office starts or myself, causes long list of problems, unnecessary problems. Beware, You can add a lot of unnecessary frustration to your life at this office.
