I was sitting in the room waiting for doctor even a few minutes before appointment time, and he walked in at my appointment time. Dr Koshelev was interested in looking at the historical photos I had of my skin area in question, explained options (a bit quickly for me but that's often the case with doctors), suggested treatment, performed the procedure while conversing with me, and told me how to treat the area and how to follow up. Good visit. Doctor told me to book follow-up at checkout, but checkout staff didn't seem to want to book me and told me they'd call me back, so I'd rate the office and staff 4 star instead of 5. read more

Horrible!!! I have a non curable disease that requires a vitamin B shot monthly per my gastro specialist . I have been getting the shot here for three years . All of a sudden they don't see an order for it and decide I don't need it anymore cause my levels came out fine last time. Head nurse calls me back and tells me to come back and get the shot. I go another day and they give me the same denial!!! ITS NON CURABLE!!! It doesn't fix itself!! I didn't know they could go against what my specialist ordered. read more

I had an episode with my blood pressure and had the displeasure of being given an appointment to see Dr. Mannie Magid. He was horrible and so was his assistant. I am asking questions about what could be wrong and this BLEEP asks, "Has anyone ever told you that you have a type A personality? You should believe them." The only reason that I didn't curse him ALL the way out is because my blood pressure was already high and I didn't not want to end up in the emergency room. Don't make an appointment here, in addition to the terrible doctor I saw the place is just old, I mean the walls are so old that you can hear through them and the rooms remind me of the doctor's office when I was a little girl. Oh, did this doc take care of the problem? NOPE, not at all. I ended up with Dr. Christine Le at Kelsey Seybold. She is great and in a nice facility on Augusta. Look them up online and give them a try. read more

I don't like going to the doctor's office. Normally, it takes forever to get an appointment, and then once you do, you end up seeing the doctor for about 2 minutes, 3 hours after your appointment time. I decided to go for my annual physical last week. I figure, once every 10 years or so is good timing for this annual event, and heck, I might as well get something out of the insurance I pay so dearly for. I asked a couple of trusted friends, and the recommended Dr. Mannie Magid. I called and had an appointment for my initial physical 2 days later. Aside from the unpleasantness that goes with getting a physical (the "gowns" make you feel more naked than if you were actually naked,) it was a good overall experience. I walked in a little early to fill out the obligatory 1st timer paperwork. It took about 5 minutes. After a couple minute wait, I was invited to the back, where they quickly, kindly and efficiently took my vitals. The nurse took my blood and then the doctor was there a couple minutes later. I had a few questions for him that he addresses during the physical. He spent about a half hour with me, going over what issues he spotted (it turns out that I am a little overweight. Surprise!) We then discussed the plan of attack. There were a couple prescriptions that he emailed to my pharmacy, and then told me I would have my blood test results in a couple days. They have a great patient communication website. It is easy to navigate and has good, clear explanations. I was able to log onto their website the next day and get the results of my bloodwork. Aside from the finger-wagging, this was a really good experience. I will be back. Maybe even before 10 years lapse. read more

I saw Dr. Farheen Khan for the first time today. Not only did she call me fat but she was rude about how she went about her delivery. Also I have never had an issue with a well women's exam in my entire life. She blamed not being able to perform this exam on me not being sexually active recently. Never have I ever had any issues and been told that was the reason. This morning which is hard for me to take off of work was a complete waste. She will never touch me ever again. The front desk gets 5 stars but that is only thing that gets 5 of anything. read more

On August 31 2018, my brother got a sports physical done for "$19" claimed on your online website. Extremely upset that UT Physician does not honor that promotion, I have been calling back and forth for the past two months and half and no one can seem to help. They keep resubmitting my case it's ridiculous, now i have to pay an outrageous amount for a physical where i could have gone else where and just paid the $19. You also claim an easy proccess but it's the complete opposite. read more

I have been going here for 4 years and never have i ever not waited over 30 mins to be seen by my doctor. Today, I waited an hour and 15 minutes after my actual appointment time and im currently still waiting just in a room. I came here for birth control and for a shot and on the phone i called them twice and told them my reasoning for going to the doctor beforehand. Now I am in the doctor, the nurse just asked for my shot records not even knowing I needed a shot. Also she then didnt even know which shot it was. Maybe if yall were more organized there wouldnt be such a bad delay and you would not have to apologize 100 times. Im very annoyed and triggered and let me just say save your time and go somewhere else!!! read more
