When she moved to the medical center, that was just a little far from where I live and work. Having thyroid issues recently and not feeling comfortable with just any doctor, I decided to see Dr. Juarez again. I'm so glad I did! Dr. Juarez is so compassionate, friendly, and takes the time to go over everything. I feel so comfortable with her and I would recommend her to anyone! I parked next door and took the elevator to the sky bridge. I had to walk down the hall to take the escalator down then around the corner to another set of elevators to take me to the 22 floor. I did notice that I could have valeted right in front of where I needed to be. I might do that next time. But the walk from the garage was not bad at all. Took all of 4 minutes. When you arrive you sign in at an "iPad station". Then you swipe your credit card for your co-pay. The nurse/aid was pretty friendly. I had a 2:30 appointment and arrived at 2. I was seen right at 2:30.

I took time off work specifically for bloodwork, only to later find out the staff never sent the order to the lab. This resulted in wasted PTO, wasted gas, and a completely unnecessary trip. When this issue was brought up, the staff showed no concern or accountability. There was no apology and no sense that my time mattered. It is disappointing that such a great doctor is supported by staff who are careless and indifferent. The lack of follow through and basic respect for patients' time makes this office very frustrating to deal with.

She is always going to take her time when searching to get to the route cause of my issues. It bothers me when people give doctors bad reviews (because of cost) for wanting to run test to find out what is wrong on a cellular level. Dr. Gracie tries to get to the route cause and sometimes that takes a little time and money. Other times, it has been something very simple and inexpensive. Actually, her pricing is the least expensive in the entire Texas area for Naturopathic/Holistic care. I checked. I appreciate that she cares enough about me; as to not just tell me to take a pill. I don't want a quick fix that will lead to other issues. I choose to listen to my body and invest in my health fully; and if possible, naturally. Dr. Gracie has created a space to do just that. Fix the problem instead of putting a bandaid on it. Dr. Gracie recently won the Highest Achievement Award Naturopathic Medicine and was honored by the mayor of Houston for her tireless efforts to serve her community! People fly from all over the country to see her! Remember, we have to be patient when trying to figure out what is going on with our bodies. I really do not frequent Meyerland much so to see they not only had an HEB but a cliniic within the shopping area shows I'm a creature of habit and miss things like this being built. I really throught I knew where I was foing when I previewed the map before driving but a gps detour had me go through the med center and by the HEB I had never seen before, so I got mixed up quickly, but the clinic had been a snake, it would have bit me because its right off the corner of Beechnut and 610 Feeder. Parking was ample for a weekday morning but finding where to exactly go was not very helpful. As I entered in, no one was at the front desk. There were signs that the escalator waa broken and to use the elevator but where is that? I mean I was in a new place and I am directionally challenged yall- I needed a person to see and point me where I needed to go. Wasnt until I wandered around awhile and finally saw someone standing by the elevators that I noticed them. Once on floownd floor, I saw the place was packed and full-nothing the parking lot reflected. There was signage at the image department that said ro check in, but where??? I didn't want ro waste anymore time so I just asked someone sitting in that area about where to sign in. She politely pointed to around the corner. I thanked her and proceeded to sign in and verify my information. I had a form to complete before beeing seen so I rushed to complete it before bebeing called backeaI arrived a little before my time but was called back pretty quickly, which was great because I had to drive to another Kelsey Seybold location to complete part 2 of my examination. Once in tthe imaging room, I was greeted and directed every step of the way by the technician to get all the images they needed. In fact, I had to wait until the images were approved and that they didnt need any other views or positions before ai was released. Theyre very thorough and I appreciate that. Just need someone to be around to ask questions if its your first time here!

I decided to Google the business name & Dr Coco Williard was described as an internist & pediatrician so she can see my child as well as my husband & me. I called & easily made an appointment at my desired time. Dr Williard is very personable & I liked her from the get go. She is easy to talk to, makes you feel comfortable & at ease but most importantly, she takes her time during the appointments & appear to be genuinely passionate about helping/treating her patients. I've seen Dr Williard a handful of times (either for myself or my child) & each visit is pleasant & never rushed. She listens to & addresses all my concerns & that's important to me in a primary care physician because most of the doctors I've seen dismissed my concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr Williard if you're looking for a PCP or pediatrician. There is plenty of parking & the waiting room is spacious & clean. The front desk ladies & medical assistants are also nice. My only complaint would be the lack of toys or children's books in the waiting room to distract or occupy the kids as they wait. I usually bring my own books to keep the little one occupied. The medical assistant or Dr Williard might bring your kid a book or two once you're called back into the examining room though.

First time here, I didn't have any issues. The doctor gave me a medication. It kind of fixed the problem but I think the symptoms went away on its own. Other than a shocking side effects that almost sent me to the emergency room, I was back to normal. My second time here was to get an allergy test before they can formulate the serum for my allergy shot. Ok. This seems pretty simple. I followed the instructions to prepare my test. I didn't have to wait. The staff poked me a few times (about 82 times) and generated a report. Then, the doctor came in to explain the results and the next step. There were two options, daily drop under the tongue or weekly shots. I thought it was bothersome and expensive for daily dose, nearly $400 for 3 months. He said weekly shots are about the same price. Treatments would last 3 years or longer. I told him I can't do it now because I have some major events I need to attend. He said it would take time to formulate the serum anyway. I was happy that test was done with no side effects. But I am in pain for my wallet. Upon check out, I almost fall to the floor. They charged over $600, including copay for the test. I didn't get any warning. Ugh. I'm so upset and not going back again. I can't afford to get the shots, not even one drop. Tomorrow is the first, the rent needs to be paid. Update: a day later, I called my insurance company and asked them if this provider sent in my procedure for approval. The response was shocking. Nope. So, I removed another star.

The girl says I have to sign a waiver to get a copy of authorization they made me sign which says I HAVE A RIGHT TO A COPY AND THEY STILL HAVENT EMAILED IT TO ME NOR CALLED SO I WILL REPORT THEM AS WELL SINCE THEY HAVE ALL MY PERSONAL MEDICAL AND BILLING AND INSURANCE INFO!
