My daughter had her dance recital in the beginning of December. I did not get a receipt with my order due to them being very busy which I understand. I had to reach out to her teacher who finally gave me an email address where I could reach someone at the company. I emailed them after Christmas break and stated that I did not receive a receipt but wanted to make sure that I would get my order which was about $60. I got an email back saying that they should really send an update out to everyone and that these things take time due to editing and taking over 900 pictures. Which again, I understand. After waiting more than a month I decided to email again just asking what the status was on the order in hopes of getting what I ordered before the end of the school year and her next dance recital. Here is the response that I received "Okay....so, guess you didn't receive the download email that we sent, and I did verify it was sent. Might be in your junk folder; please check as it has all the directions for downloading, and your code. " "It's not been used so clearly you didn't see our email" He did say sorry but at the same time it felt like I was being accused of not paying attention. And I have been checking my email consistently since I had gotten the first email from him. After watching the video and seeing the pictures that were taken and had to "be edited" I was very disappointed in the work that was done. Honestly the pictures that I had taken during the performance with my iPhone had come out way better that what I had paid $60 for. I really hope that her school will choose another company to use for the next one and if they do not I will be letting other parents know to not waste their money. What a shame!

My daughter competed in the Colorado EAGLES State Gymnastics meet in June 2011. I purchased a team…read morephoto and a meet video from this company. I received the team photo in the mail in a fairly timely manner. But enclosed with the team photo was a flier that detailed how much footage the company had obtained & that they had a few additional, more-pressing engagements to work on before they could start editing the meet footage. As such, they requested that we be patient. When December rolled around, I felt like I'd been patient enough to warrant a phone call. When I talked to the gentleman (I assume it was John Ridgeway as he's the only principal associated with this company) he indicated that they were still working on the editting and hoped to have it out soon. In May 2012 I began calling the company again to no avail. I ALWAYS received voicemail and despite multiple attempts, I have not had a single call returned. I spoke with the owner of Adrenaline Gymnastics (the gym that hosted the meet last year) & she indicated that I was not alone; she'd spoken with a MULTITUDE of families that had not yet received their videos either. It is now June 2012. I just phoned the number affiliated with the company & now it doesn't even go to a voicemail box. Because I purchased the video, I did not film my daughter competing at this meet. Now I don't know if I will EVER see this video...or my money. When push comes to shove, it's the video I want. Not the money refunded. I also don't want any other company to hire this photographer because they may never deliver upon their promises.
