Just being in that room gave me a feeling of pure love and peace. Many "connections " were made with many loved ones who had crossed. During the second half , Lynn asked if anyone knew someone whose name was Larry. I kept looking around to see who this person was and realized that was my brother in law. Lynn continued his message by saying he was married to my sister (gave her name) then said to give her a message. Then Lynn said my husband Ron was speaking and thank me for wearing something that no one knew about and he was taking care of our son. Even my son who passed in January came through. Alexa, and Adrienne teach yin and restorative classes that are fantastic. Jenna's classes are challenging enough for the experienced yogi but still attainable for the newer practitioner. They all offer variations for poses to help you get the most from their class.
