Made the appt for the following week and called multiple times to confirm that they received the referral which they said they did only to find out they didn't when we came in the second time and made us wait for over an hour. Save your self the headache and annoyance and go somewhere where they have actual professionals. If the administration is this poor I can only imagine how bad the dr is. If I could give zero star I would.

All of the sudden he quit and in the middle of my work I got Doctor GULLERMO CASTILLO; first time he introduces himself he was just extremely rude told me the other Dr left and that he does things his way (whatever that meant). He then kept making me go back repeatedly to do the minimal work in my mouth like several different visits for a crown fitting and taking repeated crown impressions on the same tooth. After the other doctor left I went to see Doctor Castillo about 3 times for a crown fitting for one tooth and I still needed a crown on another tooth and still until today NO CROWN! When I would ask him questions he would get defensive, rude, and on my last visit I had enough after I asked him so what are we doing today? and he said he doesn't wanna hear it from me! lol.. he also got defensive and said my insurance doesn't pay him per visit! this is a lie since I see this doctor has been under insurance fraud investigation...STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. My experience with Dr. Deborah Ohevshalom was deeply disappointing and has left me heartbroken. I…read morecame in for a routine filling for a very small cavity. Before the procedure, I had absolutely no pain or sensitivity. I took pride in having healthy teeth. Dr. Ohevshalom told me that cavities are painless, and that if someone experiences pain, it usually means a root canal is needed. She assured me that she was "saving" my tooth from future decay, and I trusted her. During the procedure, although I was numbed, I felt uncomfortable pressure as she filed down my molar. Immediately after, I began to experience severe pain. The pain was so sharp that it was enough to cause pounding in my temple and difficulty drinking or eating. I returned for a follow-up, and she claimed the pain was due to my nerve being "too big," implying that my "anatomy" was at fault.However, the majority of my molar is now gone. It feels hollow, like a bowl. This is not what I expected from a small filling. I believe far too much of the tooth was removed unnecessarily, causing extreme pain and permanent damage. Despite antibiotics and pain relief, the symptoms never improved. I was later seen by another dentist in the same office, who reviewed the X-ray and confirmed that the cavity was very small and that this level of pain SHOULD NOT occur after a routine filling. Now, I must undergo a root canal treatment that should never have been needed if the procedure was done correctly. Dr. Deborah Ohevshalom acted carelessly and failed to take responsibility for the outcome. I would not recommend her to anyone.

The phone lines are always busy in the morning (automated system " Sorry the number you have called is busy, please try again later") so you can get through to anyone. If you are able to get to the actual Smile Central there options are a bit weird but once again no one answers the phone on the first, second or third phone line anyways. So if you finally have the option to leave a voice message they won't check them let alone call you back. If you don't have the patience to constantly call them or the time to only go in to the actual Smile Central to speak to someone don't bother. Trust me the place is not worth the headache.

The front desk representative was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. After completing my paperwork, I was taken back quickly. The hygienist asked me about my tooth pain and was incredibly kind and empathetic, which immediately helped calm my nerves. The dentist then came in, introduced herself, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She quickly identified the cause of my pain and explained that my wisdom tooth needed to be removed. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Lagomarsino was absolutely amazing. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn't feel the needle or any pain during the extraction. I was honestly shocked that I went through with it so easily, and at one point I even thought I could have the other one removed as well--that's how comfortable the entire staff made me feel.
